The apartment was 5* in decor and comfort - very spacious. The AC worked beautifully and was much needed in the early September heat. Storage was ample, electronics worked. Easy to find for taxis, pleasant neighborhood, and close to river walk by the Port. Close to very good restaurant, Pincette, and rue St. Paul shops.

I never received the code for the luggage storage area (and didn't realize I needed a code, assumed with no real basis that a person would be there). Fortunately, two other guests had the code and shared it with us. I got all other info in a very timely fashion, so just being sure to mention the need for a code if one needs luggage storage before check-in would avoid arrival mini-panic.

The location was excellent. I loved the large windows. There wer so many great restaurants close by. And a lot to take in. We didn’t see another soul in our building and the building itself was lovely.

I would have given this a perfect rating except for the noise at night. We were right across from a bar, and people were hooting and hollering on the walkway till 3:30 am. Be sure you bring ear plugs. It’s louder than you think. These are small things….but a shelf in the shower would have been nice. And a couple of kitchen towels for wiping hands.

Le Nomade MTL is an exceptional property, as experienced from my point of view. The 3-Bedroom Boasts two-story wooden beam ceilings in the style of french colonialism architecture complete with little windows. The very Bright front room looks upon the Vieux Port cobblestone streets, the vibrant food and entertainment as well as the shopping will keep you busy. Tons of room to play and relax on three levels, complete with an elevator that brings you to 2 of the 3 floors. The beds are heavenly and you fall deep into the feather duvets and the softest ever pillows. The kitchen is entirely stocked and I appreciated the sharp chef knives and plate ware.

Can someone please buy a decent fry pan, non-teflon oven proof, and a couple of thick bottomed baking sheets for my return? It was hard to make wings and fry bacon. everything else in the kitchen was to the satisfaction of a very picky chef. Need to fasten the upstairs toilet paper holder to the wall and fix a missing light switch in the on-suite. High level dusting badly needed to remove some cob-webs but it also kind of adds to the charm of the place and the ancient wooden beams.

In many ways this is a 5 star property. The unit was beautiful. Very clean. The location was perfect - in the old port of Montreal. Around the corner from wonderful restaurants and shops. The Metro station was a walk but totally doable (we were 3 healthy women all over age 65).

The responsiveness of the staff. There was no one on the premises. Communication was by cell. Not all calls were returned. Also we we’re unaware that the 3rd bedroom was on the top floor with no air conditioning vent and the only access to a bath was through the other bedroom.

The 5th floor loft apartment was great for our stay in Montreal; with an elevator! A well equipped kitchen gave us the options for dining in when desired and there are many good dining options nearby. This is a great location to explore Vieux Montreal from. A short walk to Place d' Armes Metro station made for easy exploration of the city. Notre Dame Cathedral and place Jacques Cartier are short walks away as well as the Pointe-à-Callière museum

It would be nice to have had CBC News network in English available on the TV. There are small depanneurs and bakery cafes available close by for some grocery items but you will need to plan for a bigger grocery shopping if that is in your plans for this location.

The location is unbeatable, I can walk to Montreal Science Centre, Notre Dame, or old port. The traffic in Montreal has always been a nightmare especially in old port so I decided to stay as close to old port as possible and left the car in the free parking they provided. Their beds are so comfortable. I usually suffer from sleeping problems with hotel beds but I slept very well with my 2-night stay. A bit of surprise to me. A variety of restaurants (even McDonalds nearby) but I have small kids so we actually walked 1km to nearby Chinese supermarket to buy broccoli lol. I also walked about 1.3km to the closed subway station, Montreal offers one-day or three-day metro pass. In my experience, taking the subway or walking to your destination is usually faster than driving. Enjoyed my stays very much and will definitely to come back to this property for my next visit to Montreal.

Beautiful well kept apartment with the necessities you need right in Old Montreal. Free parking was a big plus, walkable location, easy communication with host. Great value!

Only downside would be the outside noise, it was very loud. Of course this is to be expected in a heritage style apartment building in the heart of old Montreal. If you are here for a fun trip with friends or significant other should be no problem and great spot to stay, with young children it’s less ideal, definitely pack your sound machine! I still give 10/10

The property is modern, bright and very clean. It is very neat with nice artsy decor. It is very comfortable to accommodate us a family of six. It has two big bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom is a loft with private bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms all in all. 2 full bath and 1 powder room. The property is located right in the strip of Rue Saint Paul, were you can enjoy strolling with a lot of restaurant and the Old Port of Montreal is just a few walk away. Notre Damme Basilica is about 5 minutes and China town is about 15 minutes away, and if you like to walk the mall is about 24 minutes walk. I would recommend this property to everyone looking for a very affordable and cozy place to stay especially with big family.

Location was just perfect! Only a few minutes walk from Science Centre and Old Port. Appartement was very clean and the keyless check in/check out with a keypad was perfect. The staff (communication via email and text) was fast and courteous. We were able to secure a paying parking spot a couple of blocks away very easily.

Le Nomade Mtl is very well located, but the downside is that it was very noisy during night time (very loud crowds and music from 10 pm to 3 am). Having young kids and not being there for the night life made sleeping time a little difficult. Also, there was no fitted sheet available for the futon, which was advertised as the apartment’s 2nd bed (for our kids). At least there was an extra blanket. We also didn’t have dish cloths/dish towels

it was the best location! there’s no better place to stay in old Montreal.

the apartment was great - it looks exactly like the pictures. the only issue was a bad smell in the elevator and hallways the entire stay as well as construction. the renovation was nice but you could also tell it was very DIY. for a family or group of friends it’s great.
