There is a kitchen in the room, although no cooking utensils were provided. The room is spacious and clean. Good Wifi. Some of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Really appreciate some of their help. There is a huge supermarket nearby and a nice range of restaurants.

No laundry service at hotel, whether paid or not. Didn't make sense to me as this is a hotel. I made it very clear that I was happy to pay, but were told to go to a laundromat which is not close by. Some staff were new to the hotel? I feel they were a bit clueless about everything. They were generally friendly though. There is a connecting door in the room with the room next door. Sound insulation is not great, especially if you have noisy neighbours, which I had for the first few days. They were partying at night, which was annoying. Breakfast was boring and remained the same every day.

Location and quality of the rooms are really good. Their prices is fair.

Quality of the breakfast is so low, the shampoo and soap they put in the bathroom is very low quality as well.

A particular house keeper, she uses glasses(medicated lense), she looks like a philipino. She has a very nasty disposition, very rude and doesn’t like to do her job(cleaning), she only changes towels and leaves while the floors are dirty and the bed not attended to. You literally have to tell her to change the bed linens, vacuum or move stuffs around to clean the table. Very poor house keeping in general. But all other house keepers are well mannered except the one described above.

Spacious room with a well equipped kitchen (microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge). Clean, comfortable bed. Good design in general.

Cleaning wasn't outstanding at some areas, bathroom floor had the hair of the previous customer. Travels is time consuming there, a good one hour to downtown. At Finch metro station, pay attention to choose TTC bus, otherwise you'll pay twice in a single route. Cutleries on request, there is not even a spoon in the room by default. Breakfast selections is limited to muffins, toast and yoghurts; no cold meat, cheese, or scrambled eggs, for instance.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast room is really nice. It was a great location for us to visit family, and there are several restaurants with vegan options nearby. The blackout curtains were fabulous! (This is a huge plus for international travelers suffering from jet lag.)

The breakfast was rather basic and there wasn't much at all for vegans. We could have fruit and coffee though. The rooms are soundproof in so much as we couldn't hear any noise coming from neighboring rooms, but we could hear every conversation happening in the hallway outside our room. The sofa had tears in it. 2 mugs were provided. That's all. It is not clear in the description, but you have to pay extra for the kitchen to be stocked. At times, the fridge was really noisy - it sounded like a lawnmower. The toiletries were a bit lacking and obviously very cheap.

Spacious room. bed is king size, comfy, good support. large windows, room is clean, and has all we needed for a weeks stay. no pots pans and dishes but can be provided for a fee. soundproof is not so great. there’s a door between our room and the next, locked on both sides so i can hear the next room talking. breakfast is fine for this price. jus t not a full on buffer but meets the need of a simple and fulfilled meal. front desk is a bit cool, not very attentive but I guess that’s just a personal style. the building is nice and clean and has a nice location. hotel rooms start from 12th floor and up so no road noises. the mall downstairs has limited shopping and dining choices.

The location is good with lots of facilities around (drug stores, groceries, restaurants). There's a washer and a dryer in the room, that makes a long stay very comfortable. The suite is spacious. The staffs were very friendly and extended our stay with the same rate without additional charges.

The kitchen doesn't have utensils except 2 cups, so we had to get them ourselves. There's no kettle so we had to heat up water using the microwave. the breakfast buffet doesn't have many healthy options, the cutlery and plates/bowels are plastic. There's no metro station so if you don't drive, you have to take a shuttle bus to the metro station Finch. On the weekends you have to take long shuttle buses to get to St. Claire metro station, which is a hassle for people without a car.

A comfortable and spacious suite with views. In addition to the clean room, I also appreciated the wifi, laundry and Keurig coffee. Full cable TV channels. I appreciated the included breakfast (coffee, basic breads & cereals, hard-boiled eggs, fruit salad, etc.)

FYI- although there was a full kitchen in the room, it wasn't stocked with dishes, etc. (I think you needed to ask in advance?) It didn't affect me as I wasn't using it to cook or eat my meals.
