The breakfast was really great every morning, good value. The rooms were clean and well stocked.

The pool Area was very poorly ventilated, it was insanely hot resulting in people feeling unwell with use. The toilet in our room was broken (handle was falling off toilet/didn’t flush properly) and the fire alarm in our room was faulty? Resulting in it going off at 4am, no compensation was offered and I had to request it be fixed the following day so it didn’t continue to happen.

all in all it was good, the location, the cleanliness, some of the staffs were very mfriendly

The breakfast was so so, it needs more options. One staff lady was really rude at the breakfast service, not only her attitude stinks, she was cleaning and restocking so much and being in clients personal space so much, its annoying….let the clients take their meals first then you can restock and clean when it needs to…we are paying for our stay but it felt like shes glancing at every move we make and at what we take and all, thats plain unprofessional, really!

The staff is amazing overall. I did not get her name but she is of Indian descendant that worked in the evenings with such a friendly demeanor and welcoming 😊 . Then a staff named Chanel is also very sweet and very helpful with a situation I had with my room. 😌 These two staff make up for the “cons” during my stay.

I was checked into Room 306 the first night and the carpet had a very strong, foul odor which in returned cause an allergy reaction (sneezing). Since windows could not be opened and it’s pretty late when we checked in, we had to turn up the air conditioner so the room do not smell so “musky”. This caused me to catch a cold and a migraine the next morning and had to inquired the front desk to help with changing to another room. Chanel was very helpful and we switch to another room on the 6th floor (Room 606). The new room had the same “dirty carpet-like odor” but it was not as bad and it was much more tolerable.

The room had plenty of room for a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids), cleansiness was perfect and the staff was exceptional. Always a smile with a good morning, good afternoon and a good evening. They were there and answered any questions we had.

The breakfast hours were a little short and the breakfast seating area didn't have enough seating when families were coming to have breakfast. A little suggestion, perhaps add wipes somewhere in the breakfast seating area to wipe down the tables when guests finish their breakfast or the next group of guests to use to wipe the tables down. But overall it was good.

The room was great, breakfast was good and everything was very clean. One thing that would help us out is for breakfast, if you could post what foods are gluten free. Our son is gluten free so we had to confirm with the breakfast staff what foods were safe. The staff was great about looking for the answers and helping us, we just felt like we were bothering them asking the questions.

The only minor thing was that there were no towels in the pool area, but again the staff at the front desk were great about getting some for us. Also, the pool area has an exceptionally loud sound coming from the air filtration system. Makes it hard to talk or listen to music while in the pool.

The staff was wonderful - we were delayed in arriving as a result of the DVP being closed completely (major accident), and called the hotel to advise them we would likely just make the midnight front desk working hours, and the young lady working there was friendly, helpful and professional and assured us she would be expecting us. The check-out staff turned out to be the same personable professional as we normally see there on the weekends - he was helpful, courteous and friendly - very pleasant. The room was spotless!

Very friendly staff, the hotel was well presented and the room was a great size.

Everything was very good but two small little downsides, the hotel doesnt have a proper restaurant. This made the breakfast selection a little disappointing. Secondly, the room was great, but the air conditioning unit was very very loud when it kicked in. You could turn it off to stop the periodic noise, but then the room would get too hot.

There was a slight discrepancy when I arrived at the hotel with my payment options. The Manager stepped right up and handled the situation with the outmost professionalism. Very kind, professional and diplomatic. Would recommend this location to colleague and family.

Noisy neighbours. I feel I that the guest could have been spread apart better considering the hotel was not busy. They had the guest all on the same wing, whereas the other wing was empty. My room had an adjourning door with another room, as such I was able to hear everything that was being done in the next room. The Friday night the neighbour was so loud talking on the phone. When it finally became silent she had a guest over and they had an hour long argument between them. On the second night, there was on going “love making” noises throughout the day and night! Great acting skills from the lady but I could have done without that.

Clean, beautiful decor very nice hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was always stocked until closing time, great options, my kids had a great time.

The room was not cleaned for us when we went out but it didn’t really impact us in anyway. Whenever I asked for towels, extra blankets or anything else, we got it immediately.

Outstanding room: it was really like an apartment. Very comfortable. Free breakfast was an added bonus. There are a couple of restaurants 20 paces from the hotel.

The hotel is a little bit out of Toronto and a taxi to downtown was quite expensive. I'm sure you can get there much cheaper by public transport, but I was too lazy.
