First time staying in blue mountain and weren't disappointed. Wish we could afford it again, it was a treat. Loved how welcoming they were to our dog. The room was a nice size and very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. We made some special memories we won't forget. Mini golf, mill pond trikes and swimming were our fave! Thanks for a great experience. Also thanks for housekeeping staff for saving my toiletry bag until picked up! Really appreciated that as well.

Wish there was more flexibility with the play all day pass when staying for a few days. It's a very expensive pass and would of liked to do the activities over the span of the days instead of all on one. Accomodation very expensive as is would be nice to have some sort of offer for pass/flexibility. Also a shuttle to and from the village would be helpful, to avoid driving back and forth and looking for parking each time.(not far walk except when your with a kid and dog haha)

large ballroom and conference rooms. Indoor pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Big sitting area with fireplaces and pool table near lobby. Short walk to village. Free outdoor parking.

Beds were too small (doubles instead of queens). Balcony had no partitions between rooms and no chairs to sit. Stairs down to side parking lot right outside our balcony door was unsettling at night. Felt we had to keep curtains closer at all times because people were walking by and could see into room. Lack of food & beverage facilities. Only has sit down restaurant for breakfast and pub. Nowhere to go get a light meal or coffee. Rooms are in need of an update. Tables were scratched and chipped. Carpet was rather dingy.

I have stayed in many hotels for a number of different occasions and I am typically content to just have a clean room and a comfy bed. Especially as we opted not to stay in one of the more expensive Blue Mountain Resort suites or one of the central hotels in the village, we moderated our expectations. But we were so happy with this hotel and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Only a short 7 minute walk from the village, the location was great considering the lower price from other venues. The staff was friendly and efficient, the AC was cold and very welcome in this June heat, and there were no unexpected issues from the ice machine. I really loved the shower as well, for some reason there is always an overflow problem in hotel showers but this one was perfect. The reason this hotel stood out is that I made a small request during booking that we have a room on a higher floor as it was our anniversary and that was our preference. Most hotels will auto-reply that they will try to accommodate but can't guarantee a higher floor, which is fair. Not only did this hotel put us on the highest floor in a quiet corner, they also went all out to celebrate us when we entered the room. I won't add the details in case they don't do this for every happy couple but it was extremely appreciated and definitely made us want to come back for every trip to Blue. When you have a hotel willing to do those little extra touches, they don't usually cut corners elsewhere. Thanks for the lovely weekend!

There was nothing I didn't like. I suppose if I had to add one tiny thing it would be for the toilet to have a lid but aside from that it was perfect.

After blowing out two tires in a big pothole just coming into Blue Mountain, and standing in the rain for an hour, I wasn't in the greatest mood when checking in. The gentleman behind the counter was very cordial and polite, and even gave my son who was celebrating a birthday a bag of caramel popcorn. A very good experience checking in. The room was clean, the pool and hot tubs fantastic, making the stay as relaxing as I could get under the circumstances. The kids want to go back ASAP, so I'd consider that a win.

I wish the beds were a little wider and that there was a microwave maybe, but for the price, still a great stay.

The staff were awesome, super friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The complimentary wine & chocolates were a nice welcome gesture too. On-site parking was convenient and free and the village was within walking distance. The on-site Pottery Restaurant was convenient and the breakfast was yummy. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs too. We will be back again and happily recommend it to friends & family

Spent 4 nights from Dec 28 - 01 Jan . On the first day skiing was great, but no ski gear rentals for the next 3 days due to the lack of snow. However, the hotel is not responsible for lack of snow or climate changes

Bruce at front desk was amazing! He is my Birthday Buddy as it was both our birthday on the 18th. All the staff were excellent.

Disrespectful guests who felt like they owned the place and that they could do what they wanted. I am profoundly deaf and sleep with an ear plug in my good ear. We were in a suite with 2 doors between us and the hall and I was awoken at 1225 am by guests down the hall (hockey team parents) Front desk was called and security was called to handle it.thwy stopped yelling and talking but opened and shut doors foe about an hour afterwards. I was awake till after 2 am as once I am awake I am awake for a while. Took away my enjoyment of my trip.

enjoyed the balcony views over seeing the hot tubs outdoors. got to watch the birds and a Hare that came hopping into the grass area. enjoyed the time frame for the use of the pool and hot tubs. The lounge area was also nice. It was nice to see a fenced in play and washroom area just for dogs that stayed at the hotel.

should have a spot light out in the dog park area for when using at night. Would like to see an inclusive breakfast with each day you stay. Didn’t have access to a pen when I needed it. wish there was a small souvenir store inside the hotel where you could also purchase stationary, snacks etc The wifi was horrible there. I had to keep signing back in and messages or pictures I sent wouldn’t go through most of the time .

We stayed in the dog-friendly suite which had a quick escape exit onto a fire exit and then down to grass. Our dog loved the treats. The pool was easily accessed from our room- like 20 steps! And the setting of the outdoor hot tubs was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The organization of the suite would be ideal for winter. Great closet for coats. Rack for skiis and poles. Very organized room.

Our goodbye text came at noon the day before we left- from a two day staycation. It was a "here's your hat, what's your hurry" kind of message. Not very welcoming. The wi-fi was spotty and cut out completely the last day and we could not get back on. The satellite was weak and choppy probably common to the area. Bathroom in the double queen rooms is too tiny for a family of 4. No retractable line in the room for swimsuits. Major flaw when travelling with swimming kids.

Love the location and the pool and hot tubs. Nice property, clean and reasonably priced. Enjoyed the walk out balcony as well. Nice little spot near the village but not right in the village so it’s quieter and not over packed.

Rooms were very small and double beds were very small. Not sure how the other rooms are or if there are 2 queens rather then 2 double beds, they barely fit one adult and one child. The room did not have a lot of space.

This was our first weekend getaway with our 3month old puppy and had a wonderful time! The hotel was very accommodating - although we brought our puppy crate and other pet supplies, we had a dog bed and food bowls waiting for us. The room also opened out to a great greenspace where we could take our puppy out. The dog park at the hotel was very convenient as well as the few minute walk to the village. The hiking trails were easily accessible from the hotel too. The hotel staff were very friendly, we had a fantastic experience and so did our pup and will definitely be visiting this property for our future pet-friendly trips! For those traveling with pets, we went to a dog friendly beach in Collingswood which was but a 15min drive.
