Enjoyed the spacious 1 bedrm apt, gym, pool, courtyard, grounds, trails, view

I wish Living Water Resort had 10lb, 15lb & 20lb freeweights in the gym. Better for women to use. W/out daily. Unfortunately due to shortage of staff we couldn't book a Resv to eat at the Living Water Restaurant..always way too.🤔

Did it include breakfast? We were very happy with our kicked up accommodations at the a hotel Spa location. Sad that we were only one night guests! Lovely staff and the adjoining restaurant food quite fine and staff could could not have been more helpful and informative.. beyond the attentive service. Wendy Hickey Tom Gallagher

The bed was fabulous… the quilt a lovely and nice addition. The right side of the bed…(bed beside bathroom) had me slipping off the bed however throughout the night… so perhaps the quilt has …. collapsed . Hard to say. tv should swivel and halls Toooo cold!!!! Overall it was a delightful stay and would be happy to stay gir 3-4 nights! A very special hotel!

Great Location , well equipped one bedroom , reasonable rate.

Room was not ready until after 4pm , promised to call when it’s ready but never received a call . Construction is going on , so no proper lobby or any amenities available. You don’t know all of those after you have booked the room. Asked for change to their affiliation hotel , but have to pay extra .

A rather luxurious hotel, and conveniently placed to several attractions.

A small snafu as we were leaving: the elevator was in maintenance when we needed to check out. We have issues taking stairs (leg problems), and some other clients seemed to be in the same situation. However the kind woman at the reception handled the situation with aplomb and arranged so that the non-urgent maintenance was rescheduled. So thanks for that. 🙂

It was our second time there, and we had a lovely stay. We loved our pet-friendly King Suite - it made us very happy that we could bring our pet. Jennifer, who welcomed us at the reception, was very sweet and helpful. The food at lakeside restaurant was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed the facilities including the pool and gym. We're definitely returning soon!

Clean, modern looking, good firm mattress and soft pillows, bathroom was well maintained with many towels displayed beautifully. TV was excellent and there was a coffee maker available as well. Pricing was great and I was allowed to check in before 2:00 pm. I also really liked the ability to park close to the entrance door and that the doors were automatic sliding doors for when you are carrying things in in the main and side entrances.

Coffee produced in the coffee maker was pretty mediocre... one drape was damaged (corner was disconnected from track)

The room we received was excellent, it was large 2 queen beds with loads of pillows and a brilliant mattress. We were surprised to have a kitchenette which enabled us to do breakfast in the room. At present the resort has no breakfast,dining or bar facilities due to Covid.

We were surprised that there was only one indoor pool at our hotel. They told us there were 2 outdoor, we couldn’t find them!! The girl at the desk reluctantly produced a map and pinpointed them, for the adult pool you needed to drive to it.To use the pools you had to book on line so don’t forget your smartphone or else you won’t be swimming. We found the staff were nice but not extremely helpful. We had a coupon for the pedal boats but no one really wants explains where to find the checkin , they keep saying it’s around the back of the marina.we spoke to 3 different lots of staff before actually finding it. These things could all be put on a map and given to guests at checkin.

Room was quiet, beds comfortable, the staff member(s) we had contact with were friendly.

The rooms should have the garbage taken our every day (we had to do this), coffee and cups replenished and checked to see if the toilet paper and Kleenex needed replenishing. The 10 am checkout should be 11.

We were very happy with the room. Bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows very nice. Everything looked and felt clean. We appreciated that your facility was still being careful with regards to coronovirus, limiting pool numbers etc. We also liked that it is pet friendly.

Our only small complaint is that at first we didn't think the tap on the tub was working. But my husband did get it working, so it wasn't really a problem.

The staff was great, It was an easy check-in. The rooms were clean and new and a good size. We had 2 queen beds rooms. The hotel seemed quiet. Easy to find the hotel. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it seemed to be popular but you had to reserve your pool time

I booked 2 rooms, one for my teen kids and one for my husband and me, which unfortunately didn't work out and the 2 rooms were on different floors. I staff was very apologetic, gave us 2 other rooms in another building "The Cranberry" but that was an older building, not at all like the picture on the website, and we didn't like it (wouldn't recommend it at all) so we went back to the main hotel and choose to stay there on different floors. . Due to covid there was not breakfast provided.
