Glengarry Extended Stays

The locations was good and the room was very comfortable. The shower was great although barely enough towels and the conditioner supplied was empty. The area was quiet so we got a good nights sleep.

The price was nearly twice what was quoted and we were told at night the dog would be $15 and then we were charged $20 the next day. Apparently Booking.com uses a completely different web login for the hotel and she had trouble finding it - so I waited. Also I was told I had to use the credit card I listed and could not opt to pay Debit instead. Not happy with those surprises.

The breakfast buffet was a welcomed added bonus. Good quality, EXCELLENT staff attention and friendliness.

Suggest some information sheet(s) be placed in room regarding internal telephone extensions for this location. Also a sheet with tv instructions and channel listings would be helpful. We needed assistance and it was a rapid response, but required a couple of return visits by maintenance staff to replace faulty equipment and provide instructions for the dual remotes required.

The entire staff were EXTREMELY friendly, kind, and eager to please. Always smiling, we felt very special and taken care of. Great, great staff. Their positive energy was welcomed and was a pleasant surprise. This type of work ethic and attitude isn't as common anymore so it was wonderful.

The shower was either hot hot or cold cold, or off. No happy medium. Also, the ice machine being in the main building only, and on the second floor.

The breakfast was good, travelling with a pet so needed to take breakfast back to the room. The room was clean and comfortable. I forgot a piece of clothing in closet a the Glengarry found it and held it until I was able to pick it up.

The weather was raining the morning I left and the steps to the room were wet an very slippery. The steps need anti-slip surface put on steps.

I stayed in the suite/cottages in the back of the hotel, which were great, spacious, modern, and clean. Breakfast was great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly during our stay. Centrally located with plenty of parking.

Not much not to like, the only minor thing was not really sitting to read or watch TV.

I like units better then hotel rooms

That we were right in corner unit by housekeeping storage room.they were outside our window very early in am talking and waiting for people to leave to start cleaning . We could even hear them in our room when they were in there storage room. That was our only downfall.

No working phones in the room, Wifi wasn’t good for working purposes had to go other places to work but they re funded us our costs for the fee .

The room was renovated and modern.

The breakfast was subpar, could have been better. Was easy to see the renovations in the Extended Stays room were rushed and it wasn’t done very well even though it did look nice

Swimming was great, staff was extremely friendly & very clean & fresh decor. Absolutely would recommend & book again .

Nothing, there was nothing at all to complain about , I must say it was very welcoming.

Front desk promised return call on arranging early breakfast. Left without Breakfast or return call from lady The front desk!
