Everything but the price of the breakfast buffet. Although it was quite nice, there were no other options. The small smoothies were nice.

Only the breakfast buffet was available in the restaurant. A small eater would also have to pay $25. Scrambled eggs were the only egg choices. We left something in the room safe without realizing it. We were at the hotel till 5pm at an event but didn't get a call because their lost and found list wasn't updated until the next day, so we had to pay a round trip taxi fee from Pitt Meadows, a 2 hr trip, to pick it up.

it was all so new and modern. the dominion restaurant was great after a long day. the pool was not in service but it was Feb so it didn’t affect our stay. the room was fantastic and check in was easy. parking underground was quite full in the stalls provided. I needed to park in the staff stalls but if a staff member wasn’t in the parkade to help me it would’ve been annoying as all stalls provided to hotel were full. that was the only hiccup. otherwise a great stay and I’d book again.

It was ok I assume it was a franchisees the same as the bar/restaurant onsite as well.THe was limited choice.

There was a issue ,although it is legal to smoke cannabis in Vancouver.I did not appreciate that a smell from another room of cannabis was able to come in the room I was staying in.

Many choices for breakfast, although it was the same every day. Quality was good. Beds were very comfortable. Good view from window (on 14th floor level at least). Very close to the train station but not too noisy.

Pool closing at 9pm. It would be nice to see the sunset while relaxing in the pool / hot tub.

I am very particular when it comes to hotels and tend to only look at 5* hotels. However, I had to attend a wedding in Surrey so opted for this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms were very clean and house-keeping did a great job! I have amazing views from our Corner Room and from the bathroom. Everything was in the room, such as, hair-dryer, bath robe, iron and ironing board, coffee machine etc. The lobby area is lovely and well maintained! I did not have a chance to eat in the restaurant, but it looked great from the outside and was always busy in the evenings.

The lobby area is really nice, however there was no-where to sit and eat outside food (e.g. Tim Hortons). The Prado Cafe is a little expensive for what it but I tried it anyway - I preferred the Tim Hortons across the street. The rooms are a bit small as we travelled from the UK with a lot of luggage - but we managed.

We had a small room, with a mountain view. The room was very clean, the staff friendly. The location is perfect, we were travelling around Vancouver by the Sky Train, so the property location was easily accessible. Close to the shopping mall (check out T&T Market for great Asian food).

There was a bit of noise from the Sky Train as our room was on the 4th floor. I don't think there can be anything done about it. Earplugs are handy! The Train doesn't run all night, which is good.

Rooms are clean (we booked two), new and with everything you meed for a comfortable stay in Surrey. view from 14th floor is also perfect! gym is fantastic for who wants to work out, and staff was helpful with everything we needed.

Parking is confusing and hard to find available spots at night. there are other alternatives based on numbers, but you should keep a “map” of where you can park.

Very clean and comfy room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location was a bit hard to figure out for someone that is not a local, and then trying to find somewhere to park temporarily while checking in and figuring out where the hotel parking was turned out to be a bit of a stressful situation.

A lovely modern hotel with great facilities. The bar area was good with a great range of drinks. We had breakfast in the hotel which was also very good. The location is OK - not the nicest part of town but having a Walmart close by is useful. We used the pool which was very nice.

I wish that I was not charged for parking. I was never informed that I would be charged for parking... :(

I didn't like that the garage is not connected to the main elevator when you go down. You have to take another elevator into the garage.
