Best Western Plus Pitt Meadows Inn & Suites

Each time we come to Vancouver, Best Western Pitt Meadows is our favourite place to stay. Our last time at your hotel was pre pandemic, so we were a little surprised at the room prices now. We still love coming to you and your staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

I guess we were just a little surprised by the room rates, I guess everything has gone up in costs since post pandemic. We really are not unhappy, just surprised.

We liked everything about this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern and elegant it was. The breakfast service was the best food yet for a Best Western facility. We felt comfortable, relaxed and good about the room we were given. The beds were so luxurious and restful that we slept very well. Without a doubt, we felt like we were treated to the best room in the hotel. I would choose this hotel over a lot of others in the Metro Vancouver area.

Awesome, very quiet yet was on the highway never heard outside noise liked the floor length drapes, the full sized mirror, closet with an ironing board with an iron liked the programming channels of the TV liked the heating/ air unit floor lamps carpeted floors pictures on the walls were lovely, the size of the room was amazing, bathroom was nice and big taps and sink/ bathtub very modern and everything works as they should, towels smells good, they were soft large and fluffy the best towels ever, well laundered, large size bathroom mirror.

However the pillows could be better the had a foul smell in them, and was not new, the connecting entrance door had a wide crack where hinges are attached it lets in cold air from the outside hallway, which was uncomfortable 😣 bottom of door had the same issue, loud conversations could be heard outside the door in hallway, walls not soundproof very thin walls, fan next door was always on was very 😠 annoying especially at nights. The fridge was old and didn't have a freezer section, the microwave was old, turntable did not work very 😞 disappointed.

Arrived early and was upgraded to a lovely room with fireplace and corner "hot tub". Friendly, efficient gal at the front desk!

The breakfast egg and bacon "muffin" was terrible. Tasteless, like rubber - YUCK!!! Challenging, I'm sure to provide a decent breakfast during Covid. Yogurt and a "gourmet" muffin would suffice for me. The cake-like muffin was also YUCK! A healthy muffin, bagel or croissant from a GOOD bakery and some yogurt and an apple or orange would be much MORE appealing! The tasteless "breakfast muffin" need to Go!!!

Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the pullout bed and extra TV for the kiddo. Very good buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and stay aging..

Hubby thought the bed was too soft for him, and I wish hotels had flat pillows as well. Forgot mine. But this is a minor thing.

The layout out of the room was excellent for our family. The breakfast and breakfast room was exceptional! Staff was so kind and helpful.

Windows on the main look right out to parking, would be so lovely if they were tinted so you could open the blinds (kids hang on them when they are closed!)

The staff went above and beyond. After an extremely rough and exhausting day of travel with a baby, we needed were so please to be welcomed by a friendly staff member who did whatever he could to help us. Our airline had lost our luggage and we needed a few things to get us through a few days without our necessities for our baby. The staff went out of their way to seek out those items for us and help make our stay more comfortable. The room was spacious and perfect for a small family.

The room was a bit worn and dated.

The size of room was great and the pool was awesome. the location made it so we were easily able to explore other places like Langley and Surrey and Vancouver during the day

The air conditioner in the room didn't seem to work very well. we put it on the coolest it would go but it was still very hot in there

Breakfast has a convenient selection of fruit, fresh muffins and granola bars to grab and go if you are in a hurry.

Hotel is on a main highway and typically has a higher exterior noise level starting around 5 am. We still slept well regardless of the car noise. The back side of the building is my favourite side to book, which also has a wonderful view of the mountains.

Recently refurbished; rooms really smart and comfy. Heated pool ok; good for a dip. Good self service breakfast and well informed and helpful front desk.

It is on the highway so a little bit of noise. Don’t expect charm; it is a Best Western afterall.
