Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook, WorldHotels Crafted

This was our second time staying here and it seems like they had made the effort to improve the look of the property a little. For example it seems like some areas were freshly painted and maybe the rooms were a little cleaner than before. The rooms really are a very good size, the common areas are pleasant, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having coffee available at all times in the lobby. The room had everything we needed; plenty of outlets, toiletries, hair dryer. I haven't stayed in any other hotels in Cranbrook but this hotel appears to be the nicest option (at least by the way the other hotels look from the outside).

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We appreciated the efforts to freshen up the hotel.

The things I liked most about the hotel were the size of the room and the pool/hot tub. We had plenty of space to spread out and we really enjoyed the hot tub after being out in the cold most of the day. I would stay here again.

There was really nothing we didn't like. I would say that if the hotel really wanted to wow perhaps they could do a deep cleaning and face lift in the rooms. Don't get me wrong - nothing was excessively dirty or broken. Little things, like cleaning the grout in the shower and repairing scuff marks on the walls, would go a long way to impress.

The staff were incredible and the room was stunning! It was our 5 year anniversary, and they provided us with some wine and snacks to congratulate us.

It is by no means their fault, but they door wasn’t accepting the key cards. But again, this is by no means their fault and did not turn us away by any means.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice restaurant on site, and right on the Crowsnest highway.

Could have had more accessible, or more outlets to plug in chargers. Room fridge was on the floor, making it hard to open as the door dragged on the carpet. Also, fridge had no freezer compartment… so we couldn’t refreeze the freezer packs for our cooler.

It was clean comfortable and fitted in with a one night stay on our way to Banff. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful

No real character to the hotel but we only needed it as a stop over and it was just right for that

Tina was at the front desk, she was so friendly and helpful. She called me in my room to make sure everything was good. Tina was training a new staff at the same time and I was impressed with the calm and skilled way she was providing the new staff with a lot of information about the work. Warren was also at the desk at other times, he was so friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to my requests. The hotel is very clean and has put many extra safe guards in place to protect against CV19. My room was large, bright, very clean, very well appointed and the beds were so comphy. Loved the soaker tub in the large bathroom. The restaurant was very clean, the food was excellent and service was fast and very good. The pool and gym were also very clean and tidy. Sadly I did not have a chance to attend the salon or spa. I have to say this was a lovely mini retreat for me. I would recommend this resort without hesitation.

There was nothing at this hotel that I did not like. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Stuff is nice, rooms are big, great location there is a swimming pool on-site. On site restaurant is very nice with good selection and great service.

Due to a Covid time , the cleaning services inside the room are not great. I wish for better. However you van skip room service and receive a credit for the restaurant on site.

This was my first time travelling with my dog. They provided a water bowl and poop bags. That was a really nice touch.

It is on a main road. Easy to get to, but busy during the day. It was quit at night.

Room was clean, bright and spacious! The bathroom was huge and had a good assortment of accessories and amenities. The bed was fabulously comfy, with lots of pillows.

There were no USB outlets in the room, nor readily accessible electrical outlets in which to plug a transformer. That was the only negative.
