Days Inn by Wyndham Cranbrook Conference Centre

Location is excellent. Amenities walkable. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good value. Better than most hotels in Cranbrook, in this area and price range. **dining recommendation, walk to Perry's Family Restaurant, excellent!*** maintenance guy (sorry we didn't get your name!) Went above and beyond to help my husband when we discovered our motorcycle was having issues. You, sir, saved our holiday and a very expensive fix. THANK YOU!!

Rooms facing the main road were a bit noisy if you sleep with an open window. Everything else was great. Hotel should keep older towels for pool area

The staff on reception made us feel welcomed & they were efficient as well as cheerful. We were very comfortable in our room & after long days of flying & driving, it was nice to arrive at such a pleasant atmosphere. On top of that, breakfast was included in the price & we enjoyed the choices on offer before setting out for another busy day. Many thanks.

Nothing, but a kind suggestion from us would be that black tea & milk would be nice to offer. Many Australians & other nationalities enjoy a cup of tea although we do understand that Canadians & Americans may prefer coffee.

Location, room, staff, parking were all good. The breakfast was above average!

The sink was barely draining upon arrival but I was very tired after a long, hot day on the motorbike and it wasn't critical to my comfort overall. It's unlikely this issue was not noticed by the cleaning staff as any amount of water put into the sink resulted in immediate backing up. I reported the issue and hopefully the maintenance team addressed it. The couch was not comfortable to sit on as you could feel the bars beneath the cushion.

The rooms on the backside have balconies which was nice for opening the door for a breeze and to let the dogs out with us.

The smoking area right outside the main doors. When we arrived there were several people out socializing and smoking and it really, really stunk. There is an area to the side of the building with doors from the lobby that would be a much better suited area if more was set up there. I guess the area is where it is under the carport for weather but it is not appealing as a non smoking guest.

Good quality breakfast - the single breakfast attendant/server did a great job of managing multiple stations, but a second person working would have been good to clean tables and keep the self serve items stocked. The courtyard with the pool was a nice little oasis.

The sliding doors need to be fixed or replaced as ours kept getting jammed and we noticed others struggling too - but it looks like they may be working on this as some had been replaced.

Location is very central - if you tired of driving many options for dinning within 400 meters - the outdoor pool looks awesome except it rain on our stay

breakfast is nothing to rave about - the food was in a buffet style "but NOT self-serve" we had to wait for attendant to comeback from wherever he went (waiting over 10 minutes for hot water for tea). if you wanted three links of sausage he said no - it's not allow - other then the breakfast to stay was very good.

Excellent restaurant next door: Bay Leaf (Indian food). Large room. Attractive lobby. Helpful staff. Great bed. Comprehensive cable TV. Good breakfast. View of mountains. Very well priced. Cranbrook is a great place to stay with good access to many wonderful destinations in all directions. A very underrated destination for vacationing.

Parking somewhat limited. On busy street (main highway through town), so some traffic noise in even-numbered rooms (odd-numbered rooms on back side of building would be quieter but have less impressive view). Overall, though, rooms are quiet. Biggest problem is that it's too far from where we live to come as often as we'd like. 😊

It was amazing!! Clean comfy and affordable. The front desk staff was amazing and even allowed for a bit of a later check out which was so appreciated ♥️ I requested a poolside room and it was so nice to just go from my room right outside to the pool deck. There’s more, the free breakfast offered pancakes 🥞 cereal muffins bacon sausage and that’s just a few options there was so much more. Will always recommend and stay here on my future visits!!

We were in town for Kootenay bike race that started at St Eugenie. We stayed at this facility last year driving through to home in Alberta. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean cozy room. Perfect breakfast and coffee in room. Facility allowed my husband to detach utility trailer and park in back. Very helpful.

A bit pricey but everything is these days.

The breakfast was good. Loved the cooked bacon, sausages, and eggs, better than most hotel complimentary breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing, and they supplied us with towels. Had a nice swim in the sun. Nothing fancy, but served its' purpose. Seating around the pool and inviting area around it.

Personally, I love it if hotels are a little more rural, or at least off the very busy streets, that being said we were on the back facing the pool. It was quiet and we had a good nights sleep.
