Apart Hotel Golden Line

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the food and the location of the hotel, very close to the beach. I saw the sunrise every morning, from the bed, which was superb.

I did not like the bathroom with a bathtub and plastic curtain, the very hot mattress, the very bad service at the bars, the bed quality of the coffee and the beer, the cleanliness of the bar terrace which was non-existent, the sunbeds at the pool which were always occupied by towels without owners, the pavements and stairs outside which was degraded and dangerous. I felt the lack of a private beach area.

Hotel is located in really good location, near bus stop and really close to the beach and city center. Pool is big and heated, but for me water was still to cold. Food was tasty and amount of meals was sufficient. Maybe after 5 days it was a little bit monotonous. A big adventage of this hotel was staff. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and towels are changed daily. This place is definitely worth the price.

Wifi could work better

We received an apartment with sea view instead of a regular room we had paid. Very good and varied food. Great location close to the beach.

the parking isnt free . they should put a clear announce on site with a fee for parking reservation or clearly specify u need to find yourself a private parking

Big room, peaceful, clean, all the facilities you need, clean water

More entertainment in the evening would have been nice. And the food was not that great. Good enough, but some variety would not hurt. The problem with the sun beds at the pool: guests should not be allowed to occupy a sunbed by leaving a towel on it the entire day. Maybe the lifeguard could supervise this

I liked the personnel - the bartender Angel from the pool bar is the best, but overall everyone was nice and welcoming I enjoyed the variety of food that was offered, not everything was spectacular, but I did eat some good meals and you where to choose from I loved that the pool was heated and the water was warm and good for bathing It is really near the beach, all you have to do is to descend a couple of stairs They do cleaning every single day, change the towels and arrange the beds

The quality of the mattresses, they are not the most comfortable ones Quality of fish and seafood - you would expect at least they would be fresh, not frozen, but that is a matter for the most pretentious tourists The gym was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, there were some outside equipment, but half of it is not really functional Not much wifi signal inside the rooms, but outside there was a very good connection

The guy from the pool bar us really a cool guy. I had some issues with the music (they put a lot of german music and they changed it when i asked them nicely) We've got 2 better rooms (with big terrace and it had a perfect view at the pool and sea )even though we booked rooms with view at the carpark. It was more than fine. We will be returning next year for sure.

The car parking guy was kind of annoying but i stayed in front of the hotel until i got a good parking spot and not took his advice to park our cars at another hotel or parking lot. (400m from the hotel).

The food in this hotel is amazing. There is a great variety with different meals each day and very little repetition. The quality is like eating in a restaurant every single day. The pool is large with enough capacity for every tourist, even if you arrive after 10 am. There is animation and playing grounds for children. The drinks were good, not as oversugared as in other Bulgarian hotels. The walk to the beach is only 5-10 min. depending on which free zone you want to visit. Our room was very large and clean. It had a kitchen with a spacious freezer.

The alcoholic beverages were ok, the beer was a little watery. The nearby beachside is filled with a lot of rocks, so be careful when swimming or go a little bit further to parts without them. Although most of the guests respected wearing a mask at breakfast, lunch and dinner, some did either wear it below their nose or not wear it at all. The staff did not really try to change that. The WiFi was bad in our room, we could only use it in the Lobby or Dining Room.

We came by bus so we needed extra information regarding bus stops and etc...the girl from the reception seemed confused and didn't gave us accuret information. Our check-out was quite early so we asked for lunch box becouse we couldn;t be present on breakfast (breakfast that was paid for if I may add) We got few slices of dry tost, slice of ham, slice of cheese, tomato....This is something you would expect from some some low budget hotel/quest house......Hotel like this that has excellent breakfast/dinner can do soooo much better in this situations
