Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna

Excellent room, nice view. Close to a nice park. Clean hotel and good value for money overall. The TV was amazing, very big for a hotel and you can connect your netflix account to it. Excellent shower too.

Very crowded parking, so we had to pay for underground parking. The breakfast was "meh", nothing interesting to eat. Ok overall just not great. Also the indoor pool is very small and the so-called jacuzzi is quite bad. Water was warm though. To top that there was a lot of people with children and children jumped in the water right near the "don't jump into pool" sign while parents cheered. Nobody to enforce any rule I guess.

The Hotel was Excellent! I have travelled the world extensively and I can certainly say this in my top 3 hotels ! Rooms Excellent size very clean. Restaurant very good.Breakfast continental style very good.Staff very attentive and made you feel you was only one there. Would certainly visit again.

Sauna/Spa could get a little over crowded as members of public can use .Possibly only have Guest hours and then a public/Guest hours....very small thing but was noticeable.

Breakfast a good standard but for holiday makers perhaps the serving times could be extended later 7.30 to 10.00 for some is a bit too early for breakfast when on holiday.

Visitors with small kids should understand - SPA IS NOT A WATERPARK Screaming, splashing, no relax unfortunately The jumping to the pool was prohibited, but there were no lifeguard, so visitors kept jumping The pool is not deep, so diving is prohibited for a reason, it can be deadly. One more thing - someone stole my robe (from the room|) in the spa, and i think it was a visitor who just payed for a visit to spa So keep in mind and do not live phones and valuable stuff in the pokets (thank god i left my phone n the room)

The room is kept clean, the housecleaning did great job daily. Receptionists were always very friendly , especially on our check out day, on 19th june night till 20th june morning, the duty lady was exceptionally helpful and friendly, we met with flight cancelled by Turkish airlines, n she helped me to contact the airlines but airlines office was closed by then which was 11pm. When we checked out at 530am in the morning, she was ready with breakfast packed for my family. We were so touched by her caring action, hosted by hotel. Thank you Rosslyn Dimyat for superb staff services and good hotel location. 👍🥳

The lobby should have air conditioning. It’s quite hot as the temperature starts to increase in june:

Very convenient location, spacious rooms, very large single mattress bed with hypoallergenic bed linen. Generally a nice and well kept hotel.

The room they gave us smelt awful, someone had smoked before us and it took reception 30-40min to give us another room, which we were not happy about given we had a tight schedule. Reception staff were quite nice however. Breakfast was ok but not much choice, fruit (E.g. melon and watermelon) was tasteless, which is odd for Bulgaria especially given it’s their season.

Fantastic location in walking distance of beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, even a couple 24h grocery shops; incredible sea view (we were on the 8th floor), room was enormous and gorgeous (GIGANTIC window!), staff was friendly, and the SPA was also great, quiet and relaxing.

There was some mold in bathroom (especially shower), hot tub in our bathroom was too loud to be usable (lacking maintenance?), toast bread at breakfast was always stale, toilet paper was very very thin which is inefficient (I know it’s nitpicking but just being honest :P).

First and foremost the view from the room. It was absolutely stunning and exceptional. The cleanliness was top notch as well. The size of the room was perfect too. Sheets, pillows - excellent quality. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome experience!

the rooms were really nice and comfortable and the location is excellent, just across from the sea-gardens and within walking distance of the historical centre. The buffet breakfasts were also very good, the restaurant was pleasant and the swimming pool was fine. The staff were helpful and friendly.

One of the rooms was a little too warm during the day. It was something of a sun-trap with big expansive windows. We found it difficult to get it the right temperature. Parking was also a challenge. The hotel has underground parking but in limited supply. Having said that, on our arrival, the receptionist organized for a staff member to take me to a nearby location where I could park the car.

I've stayed at the Dimyat in Varna three times and this review applies to all our stays. The rooms are fantastic, comfortable, opulent, well designed, very comfortable beds, plenty of space, sophisticated, pleasant designs and colours, excellent bathrooms, nice toiletries, lovely views over the Primorski Park and the Black Sea. Restaurant is relaxing, spotlessly clean and serves a fantastic breakfast. The lounge bar area is bright, clean, comfortable and airy, with a bar menu, serving food all day. The staff are professional, courteous and happy to assist you. I should also add, I attended the 2021 New Year's Eve event here, which we were very impressed by and thoroughly enjoyed. For high standards and comfort, this is our go to hotel.

The swimming pool and spa needs some refurbishment. It's looking tired and needs to be revitalised. If this happens, this will be the best hotel in Varna city by far.
