Transamerica Executive Chácara Santo Antônio

The staff was great and made us feel welcome, although it was just a very short stay. The room looked nice and modern and the bed was really comfy. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast so much that we couldn't help overeating. We skipped lunch altogether.

Although the room looked modern, the air-conditioning was really old and noisy and added to the unusually loud noise that we later found out was coming from the electrical circuit-breaker panel. The shower stall was really tiny and made it challenging to soap without rinsing at the same time. Finally, while the food was really great and the staff very pleasant, we didn't really enjoy the fact that we couldn't self serve our breakfast. It was cumbersome trying to instruct someone to get the right servings for each thing. And then coming back for new instructions on a second serve.

The breakfast was full and with many options. Because of covid, the staff had to serve us instead of having a buffet, and they were wonderful. I was with my two daughters, and the staff showed a great amount of patience and kindness. This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff who go out of their way to help you and make sure that your stay with them is great. I have stayed here twice, and I will keep coming back. The hotel is close to a lot of great services, it is clean, the staff are extremely kind and thoughtful, and I recommend it highly. Great value for money, and very reliable.

Everything is great. Excellent service. Great staff. Great location. It's 10-15mins walk to the Mall and subway. There are restaurants nearby. A good gym is 20 mins away with a cheap daily rate. Strong Wifi. I extended my stay for another week and for sure I will consider the same hotel when I get back to Sao Paulo. The receptionists and the whole staff made me feel I'm home after a long flight away from home.

Breakfast room. To start with a Televison was on and tunned to #Globolixo. Unacceptable. Secondly the separation "wall" between us guests and the food buffet was simply ridiculous. I could not choose my own food and had to be serv4ed by the person behind the wall. Insane. Anytime I wanted to go back and get more food, there was a line, for there was only one server picking every single piece of food to a single hest at a time. I will definately not go bak to the property nor any property of the chain, as well as I will make this information availale to close friends that travel.

Walking distance from the Parque da Cidade shopping mall.

Very old building, noisy ar conditioner - couldn't sleep with it on. Inconstant flow of water in the shower. Walls are not very thick - you can hear activity in the next room.
