Breakfast was very good tasting. Fruit was sweet, lots of bread just eggs and ham as protein. Pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to go in. You could order uber eats which was a nice change of routine.

Electrical contacts sparkle when something was plugged, carpet didn't look like it's been clean often. I advise to take slippers. Didnt account on the fact that everything was 220 voltage. The worst was the tv light, when turned off, the tv's power light is so brigh I couldn't sleep without having to unplug the tv every single night.

Our receptionist was extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese and he was extremely helpful and spoke fluent English with me which was a major help and relief. The porter was also extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the nearby Congonhas airport which is invaluable in Sao Paolo.

The fact is just in front of the airport is great, and there's no noise from planes. Flat is spacious and there's a kitchen on the suite.

despite having kitchen on the suite, no cutlery at all is available, you have to ask from reception, and there was no spoon?!!? The free shuttle to the airport was scheduled to 6:30am, but when I went downstairs, I've found out that the van had left at 6:22am ?? and I had to get a taxi to the airport. Really frustrating, even with my advise on the reception on the night before that I would need the transport at this time.

Facilities, lication, cleaness and staff

The mattress wasn't comfartable at all. It needs to be replaced or, at least, turned over. The courtains are so thin and, when the sun starts to rise, it is not possible to sleep any longer. The room is awesome, it just needs some blackouts on the windows. Also, the TV was not working.

Did not take breakfast. It starts at 0630 and I left the hotel by 0600.

I intended to arrive at the hotel at 1000 and leave at 0600. There was available rooms by the time I arrived but I was informed that an early checkin would cost me R$70. Considering that I would checkout by 0600 and the hotel was not at 100% occupancy, a free early checkin should be offered. Luckly, the girl who was at the lobby was kindly and allowed me to checkin by 1130, therefore I had to wait just 1h30m at the lobby.

The location is perfect and they have a transportation between the hotel and Congonha's airport that helps a lot. The breakfast was amazing with a good selection of food and beverages.

The aisle at my level was very dirty as soon as the walls until the room.

Good location, ac was a plus since it was really hot.

My room was not very clean I found hair on the toilet, the sink drain in both bookings was somewhat clogged. The water was draining slowly. I was not able to use my safe, it had some issue i believe it was battery.

The room is good. good size and cleaned. Hot swimming pool

restaurante is so so. The meal took so long and the food came a bit cold. I and other clients were complaining about the same. breakfast options could be improved
