Cost benefit, nice staffs, clean room, comfortable bed, fairly good breakfast, close to Morumbi shopping/market place

Nothing really but if I needed to say something,.. there was only one glass available, no amenities in a room(I guess that's their way to be sustainable? Liquid soaps were installed in the bathroom), there was no tv remote control so we could not watch Netflix/star plus by using a HDMI cable.

It is close to the USA consulate, it is the best cost/benefit hotel in the area, and there are several. The entrace for car is limited, the coffee break is good and the hotel has the structure to attend to a high guest volume.

the internet could be better. The parking service at the entrance is a little confused, with not much room for too many cars. Any way I will include it in my next option in São Paulo.

The room was very clean and organized. The staff was polite and ready to provide any help needed related to local stores, restaurants and checkin/checkout procedure. Also a great breakfast.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of sevice, but this did not negatively impact the stay. Had a minor incident with the elevator (about a 3s blackout), nothing realy to worry about.

Location is excellent, breakfast is good and the staff is friendly (with the exception of the management).

The staff was really good with the exception of the management. I had a hard time talking to the assistant manager because they charged for a makeup artist who stayed in the room for less than 2 hours. They charged as an additional guest and I couldn't have a decent conversation with her because she kept interrupting me.

Comfortable rooms, quiet and clean. Very good breakfast, many options. Sauna, swimming pool and gym are very nice. Staff was very helpful with us.

Parking was charged extra. There are some restaurants in the neighborhood but almost nothing works on weekends. Swimming pool didn't have much water. Bathroom was a little smelly.

Everything from the walk distance location from the pharmacy, grocery story and the mall; and the easy uber access; to the sweet and super helpful staff.

There was nothing to complain about my stay.

The problem is that it is usually so full of clients that everything is more difficult, checking in and out, to access breakfast, etc. It's a good place to stay, but when you're not in a hurry.

location is excellent. there are some restaurants, burger shops and bars around. train station nearby. parking services available at the location with cleaning option.

quality food but not many options for breakfast. restaurant offers very few options. shower could be a little warmer and water not too abundand (understandable)

my room wasnt 100% clean my roomcard was always desmagnetizied, so i had to go like 3 times to rechange it.

We said we will fast, they met all our requests, they upgraded our room and did not charge additional fees for one of our children, the reception staff deserves appreciation. breakfast is nice
