Great location, wonderful breakfast, staff very helpful. They let us check our bags at the front desk until our room was ready and also after checkout, as we wanted to stay in the area and have lunch before heading to our next destination. They also set up a private 4 hour tour of Sao Paulo at a very reasonable price. Our driver/tour guide was really nice and took us to all kinds of interesting places!

Strange plumbing noises (loud knocking sounds in the walls) everytime we flushed the toilet, water temperature in shower would change without notice from warm to cool and back. Street sounds at night were pretty loud, even on the 7th floor. Safe in the room wouldn't lock. The furniture in the lobby needed to be reupholstered, looked very worn.

Some of the best and most professional room service I've had. Food was just OK. Room was spacious and very clean. Elevator did not need keys to access, but security out front was very observant and helpful.

Could not open balcony doors, and really wanted to enjoy the balcony but the doors are bolted locked so you could not access the balcony. The pool was a bit dated and could use some updates.

Air conditioning was not working and so we were able to switch rooms after the first night. Tripping hazard between bedroom floor into bathroom floor; confusion as to whether I had paid for breakfast or not. I think I paid for breakfast on some rooms and not others. more if a problem with booking.com and not with hotel itself.

Had problem with noise in room from construction and new room offered. Inadvertently left passport and ipad in room safe which was safely reunited with me the following day - trustworthy housekeeping and front desk staff. Thank you...

Asked reception for covid testing information on multiple occasions and was promised a call to advise where to obtain. Never received the call and has to source info myself

Good location in old downtown, nice employees to help you.

If you decide to have breakfast in hotel, advice you to check again if the Cafe cup is clean or not before filling up with Cafe, I took two Cafe cups with disgusting dirty inside, more disgusting is I found out this after I took a sip.

For breakfast, pepperoni is good but have that on menu just 1 or 2 times in 7 days. Wifi is very good stable and fast.

Don't have laundry room. Just 1 laundry machine and 1 dry machine is enough.

I liked the fact that I didn't have to park my car by myself. There was valet parking. Also, the breakfast was a little different everyday, they varied it up and they had a lot of choices with fresh juices.

Very good proximity to Avenida Paulista. The hotel didn’t have connecting rooms for a family but the rooms we got were directly opposite each other which was good enough. Breakfast was very good. Hotel’s restaurant served very good food and good portions and we all enjoyed our meal.

I like the location of hotel. the breakfast was very good. I’ve stayed here many times before.

the bed was terrible ! springs … they added a mattress topper but that did not help. as rooms are still carpeted the room smelled like the carpet needs a good cleaning . checking in 1 hour early was not possible. I actually could not check in for 1 hour after the check in time of 3pm.

Hot drink provision. Room service got the order very wrong . Language problem. Breakfast was ok at 8 am but by 9 not replenished quickly . Cutlery missing from cleaned tables and seemed to take a few minutes to get some more .
