Front desk staff is amazing! Actually all staff is amazing! No complains at all. Breakfast is really good, lots of variety. I’d like to congratulate especially Kaysilany and Patrick at the front desk.

The room I booked was tiny. My fault because I wanted to save money. The economy room doesn’t have a fridge nor an iron. They offer an ironing room on the first floor, very clean and organized. I guess I didn’t pay attention to the details.

Great location on Concelecao and two blocks from Avenida Paulista, Metro Paulista next to the hotel. Area is peaceful, safe and secure. Rooms are small as expected for an Ibis. Room was comfy and clean and so was the bathroom and toilet, good water pressure. Bed was comfy and the wifi worked very well.

Reception would get very busy most of the time. Breakfast could have been better for the price of $6. Complimentary water would have been appreciated. Price was on the higher side for an Ibis

Hi, our stay in the hotel was very good, size of room matched expectations, clean and tidy. Good blankets and pillow. The view was superb, and location is excellent for tourists who want to explore Av. Paulista. Shopping Center and Cinema facility are very close, felt safe going and returning during late hours. Breakfast had very nice options of food and beverages, we found staff very helpful and breakfast space very clean. Big thank you to Felix, for serving us during dinner time, large option of typical Brazilian plates, good quality food definitely worth the price.

Could add food description at the breakfast balcony, we have not asked for one but would be helpful to have a menu in English.

No frills hotel in a great location on Rua da Consolação near Avenida Paulista. Located practically next door to the Petra Belas Artes cinema, which always shows great movies. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the bars and restaurants on/near Rua Augusta. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. My bed was very comfortable, and my room was clean. Didn't try the breakfast, which was not included in the room rate.

Some extra amenities like shampoo and conditioner would have been nice. At night, the area can be kind of sketchy, but this goes for many neighborhoods in São Paulo.

Convenient Location and room is Ibis Budget Style, so no disappointments. It was clean, check in was simple and fast, breakfast buffet was pretty good for a budget hotel. Good price and overall cost-benefit ratio. If you are alone or a couple it's a good place to stay for a couple of nights in Sao Paulo.

As long as you go knowing this is a Ibis Budget Hotel there won't be any disappointments. Didn't find any reason to complain.

Great option for a lower budget. Awesome location, around 100 meters from São Paulo main avenue (Paulista Avenue). Staff super friendly and helpful. New and modern building. Room with air-conditioner, but no heater (cold air only). Nice king size bed and tv. Great shower. Good breakfast.

No shampoo bottles in the shower, and if you want one, you have to buy it. No cable TV, only local channels. Towels were clean but with a bad odor.

The location was perfect, very near to the Paulista Avenue and a tube station. The value was good for Sao Paulo averages. The room was very clean. Somewhat tiny, but not unexpected for a budget. Great views from the higher floors!

I didn't like the property charging 50% of a night for a 3hrs-earlier check-in, when there was available rooms anyway. Also, maybe it bothers some clients to have only a phone per floor, by the elevators (didn't matter to me, though). The restaurant took long to reply in WhatsApp, and at the time I wasn't yet aware of the phone in the corridor.

It was what I expected. A good room with a good location for a good price. I'd recommend it for somebody travelling alone who is just looking for a place to sleep but wants to stay in the city center. The room I stayed in the 18th floor has a good view of the city.

The shower and toilet are in separate rooms and they're smaller than I expected. Also the doors close by themselves and that's was a bit annoying for me

Great location, clean and comfortable. The photos are accurate. Good hotel for a night or two in the city.

Cleaning staff were quiet noisy early in the morning.

Location and staff friendliness

II know the rooms are small but a greater effort could be made regarding where to keep our clothes, towels, and other items liike electronics. It's a design effort.
