Considering the price range, everything was generally acceptable and good. Location is central, easy walk distance to most touristic locations and safe neighbourhood. Receptionists understand English which is somewhat rare in Brazil.

Wi-fi signal was low while inside the room when lying on bed, works better when you are closer to the corridor. There is a construction going on next to the hotel so it was a little bit noisy but nothing too much, we were on upper floors so it was bearable and they only work on working hours.

The breakfast was great lots to choose from.

Someone entered my room and opened up soda and drank from the mini bar and placed the soda in back in the refrigerator. I had to go down and report it to the manager who was great. I asked her to talk to her staff. That was unpleasant unprofessional and rude. If you did it to me them you would do it to another guest. My room was cold and not comfortable. I kept my own room clean and did not trust anyone to enter my room.

The location is incredible, near Paulista Avenue and the metro station, everything is very close to the hotel (shopping, market, and so on), the cleaning team was amazing and the receptionists helped us in all our inquiries. The shower was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Our biggest surprise was the internet, you could not navigate. We lost some online classes and meetings during our stay, because the internet was fluctuating (we could download image, but forget watching movies our attending a meeting in the wifi). It is incredible that a hotel near the Paulista Avenue that attend executives has this kind of internet quality.

The hotel has everything to be a 4star hotel, in theory. But ...

Although the structure is that of a 4star hotel, the hotel would need some upkeep. It is outdated BUT very clean! However a few things need urgent attention: The elevators' key pads: It is just annoying that you can not get to your room, when you get the wrong (of four) elevator. The pool is very nice, but about the only thing that is not really clean. Now the gym equipment: Old, some not working at all, cables loose ... a bad experience! The many running machines and the ellipticals seem to be in working condition. Breakfast below the average Brazilian 4star standard, but the team very helpful!

First, we arrived really early and the reception were gracious enough to check us in early. We were very tired, so we appreciated the gesture. The location was great, close to the city centre. They also had an iron room they gave me access to, which I was grateful for. The room was always immaculately cleaned.

The wifi was quiet poor and we found it hard to work from the room. We tried moving around the hotel for a better signal, but to no avail.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms although it look a bit outdated are very comfortable and offers a nice view of the city. The breakfast it's plenty and delicious, the staff works fast enough to replace the food and clean up around, they also offer a very nice fresh tapioca (a type of Brazilian pancake, it worth to try). We also love the pool, we were lucky to have many sunny days and the kids could have a lot of fun swimming every morning. We will definitely come back next time we visit the town.

Bed couch in the rooms would make easier the family stays.

Really helpful staff at front-desk. Good daily housekeeping. Sound-proof room - this was a problem at the last hotel in SP. Reasonable sized swimming pool.

Rooms was a little dated. Dodgy host at the hotel - We had a place booked at the hotel, via a private host. It was not available when we arrived. Took hours to sort out. The front-desk helped us. Customer Service at Booking.Com arranged a discount for us, at the revised higher rate. I noticed the host was still taking bookings for following weeks. I assumed the host must got a better price for the room somehow and withdrew it.

Perfect Location. Perfect breakfast with many options of fruits and everyting. Perfect room, clear, airly, with plenty of space to store luggage. However, the best one was the bed.

The breakfast room was a little bit full. The fact that the card doesn't permit to go to another floor. I had a cousin in another room and was difficult to go to her floor.

Localization is excellent. A few meters from the Av. Paulista, MASP, metro station. There is a variety of good restaurants only a few steps from the hotel.

The restaurant offers a variated menu that appeared interesting, but the quality was very poor. We use the restaurant only once for a dinner. Much too salt hiding the flavor of meet and fish.

Location is great, I liked the pool and the breakfast was decent for Brazil. The view was great. There is a roof top bar also with a nice view.

Internet almost inexistent. I had to use my mobile data. Hotel of such level could provide a better internet. The elevator card system is also ridiculous and sometimes doesn't work properly. Room cards stop working if you put them near your phone even for a second.
