Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

Spacious room, hi-speed internet, location at the airport (my flight was at 6:00, so it was important). The hotel has a gym and a restaurant, though I was not able to use them because I arrived very late and left very early.

1. There was a long line at the reception when I arrived at 22:40. 2. I wish the hotel would have an offer for single travelers like me who only need the hotel for 4,5 hours to sleep before an early flight. I did not need such a huge room and big bed and hotel services like gym. I paid more than 180 euro, a bit excessive for such a short stay.

Perfect location. The soap smells nice. The bartender in the lobby was very nice and gave us an ice bucket so that we could have cold drinks in our room. The room was clean and the pillows were comfy.

The air conditioner didn't work. It just blew air at us. We set it on 16 degrees (61 degrees Fahrenheit) just to cool it down and it didn't even get close to that. I was too warm to even use my blanket. We called the front desk and a dude came up to check. He toggled the thing and said it should work. Well, nothing changed. Just air. By that point we just went to bed. I didn't want to deal with switching rooms or something.

I was very pessimistic first. But when I saw how thoughtful everything is for the visitors (business trips mostly), I became speechless. Yes, smb can say that smth in the room is not super new or modern, but I have never seen before that such charging stations and stuff for ironing are available in the room. Conference rooms are amazing. Food in the restaurant is of course a little bit expensive, but crazy delicious

I find pricing, ecpesially in the restaurant a little bit expensive. Also the staff is not all the time "happy to see you" It is rather overcrowded and it's better to make a table reservation WiFi... A paying option was a surprise

Location right at the Brussels airport is perfect for an over night before continuing with a next day connecting flight. The hotel is literally steps across the street from baggage claim and exit of the airport. Our desk person was welcoming and helpful regarding late night room service food (the restaurant was closed, as we arrived on a late flight). The room was very comfortable (excellent mattresses and bedding), ultra quiet, and clean, and breakfast was stellar with lots of great options. It put hotel breakfast buffets in the U.S. to the shame they deserve! And the dining room staff were very helpful and upbeat, too! An excellent hotel all around!!

Comfortable bed and quick check-in after a late flight, very friendly and correct approach upon check-out. An improvement compared to previous stays was definitely the fact that there seemed to be more Dutch-speaking personnel on hand, which is of course not more than logical in a country where this is one of the official languages. Keep up the good work!

-No in-room dining available after 23h. This seems down right weird for an airport hotel where hungry passengers like myself arrive all the time, jetlagged and at unconventional hours. The hotel should offer at least a limited menu with some basic options for guests that arrive late. -No bathrobe in my room.

WE chose this hotel because of its location at the Brussels airport since we needed to catch an early morning flight. We were able to check into our room early and use it to relax during the afternoon. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Since we had to leave very early it would have been nice to have some complimentary coffee in the lobby. The room rate included breakfast but that did not start until 6:00 a.m. and we had to leave our room earlier. The price for the coffee in the room was much more than what we wanted to pay.

Comfortable beds, location, friendly and quick service at check-in. Food in restaurant improved compared to previous stays.

More attention to details will be necessary if the hotel wishes to keep up with a certain standard: - restaurant staff seems to have a hard time smiling at guests. Service level is very bland to say the least; serving you seems more of a burden to them - they definitely should take more pride and joy in their work. What a huge difference with the friendly staff at front desk. - no bathrobe / slippers in the room, which was the case during previous stays. - bathrooms seem to have been refurbished, but some finishings (edges etc. seem to have been forgotten)

I liked the way the lift was introduced when your first went up. I also liked that you could do chromecast on your tv. (since i normally don't watch tv)

i didn't like that homeless people could go into the hotel. It made me a bit wary on how they handled people who weren't there for a stay-in. I ended up giving money to the homeless person. But frankly i never know what to do in that situation so i sincerely hope that that doesn't happen again.

The best thing about the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is that it is truly located at the Brussels Airport. It is easy to walk there after getting off of the airplane. Our flight arrived late - close to midnight - so this was a real relief. The hotel is spacious, and the lobby is quite comfortable if you wish to sit there to wait for a flight.

Despite the true convenience, the hotel seemed a bit overpriced. The staff could have been more affable.

We used to stay in the hotel the night before we fly to avoid waking up in the middle of the night.

The food in the restaurant has declined a lot. The choice was very limited and my husband chose the fish and chips and the fish was going off. He complained and they suggested a replacement, but it was going to take too long. We were still billed for the dish and complained. It was then taken off the bill.
