Campanile Hotel & Restaurant Brussels Vilvoorde

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and the cook did a vegan meal for me that was not on the menu. The drinks and food were reasonably priced and the decor nice. Large free carpark and even though it is close to a railway it was not really noisy.

The only complaint really was the carpets were old and stained, there was black mold over the shower and a washer in the shower was broken so most of the water came out the hose and not the shower head. Small things really as the room and bathroom were clean.

The hotel is a short taxi trip away from the airport. Very basic and excellent for overnight stays in Brussels. Food was great however a bit pricey. The rooms was basic however had good facilities, enough power sockets and hot water. 10/10 would stay again another time. Reception staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Hotel booked a taxi in the morning at 5am from the Hotel to the airport however taxi showed up 15-20mins late. Tho the taxi was not the hotels responsibility, the Hotel should make sure the service is reliable.

After staying I think this hotel deserve a good value rating instead of pleasant. I would rate 8 based on location, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Building and inside corridors seems little dated but rooms and bed were really clean and good. Basic amenities but good location walking distance to vilvoorde station. Free parking is also a plus. Booked for 1 night to check the hotel out and than decided to extend for 2 more nights.

Very nice hotel to stay overnight if you have a flight to catch. Just 10 mins by taxi from the airport. The staff was really nice and welcoming. We got some candies in the room as a welcoming treat, which is nice :)

The heater wasn’t working well, even though it was very warm it was quite cold in the room

The rooms and public areas are a little tired and could do with a lick of paint but it was all very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Room was a little cold on arrival but staff were great. We moved room and the rest was perfect. This place deserves better rating.

Great location, near to the railway station. Parking at the hotel for free - not usual in Belgium. Good breakfast bufett. And very dog friendly :)

They could start the heating before the guest comes, it was pretty cold there for long time... Also, they had the instructions about covid, but nobody wanted to see my covid pass and I doubt they did with anybody...

Nice big bathroom with tub and amazing water pressure, comfortable bed, good TV, water cooker and plenty shelving. Convenient location with train station, shops and city park close-by. Great deal! I enjoyed my stay!

- lots of stains on the rooms carpet (but clean) - makeup stains on some of the towels but there were enough to exchange

A nice hotel set in a great location. Room was comfortable and warm. Bar and restaurant area very modern and nice.

Great staff, food was good and comfortable room plus English speaking channels on tv.

Carpet in entrance to room could do with updating. Only 2 out of 4 lightbulbs in the bathroom working. I found using the bath to shower slippy and quite dangerous to use.
