Lovely hotel in an excellent location for a one-star vacation in Belgium. The location is convenient for visiting Belgium's most popular attractions and cities and offers free parking. The staff is charming and helpful, good breakfast.

On one of the days, the cleaning staff left our room door slightly open. Fortunately, nothing was missing. We believe it was an honest mistake, and the reception staff apologized a few times. The bathroom door is transparent and not wholly sealed; In addition, it squeaked extremely when closing. The toilet door is also not wholly latched. There is no full-length mirror.

Placed in a very nice and quiet area,cute&happy design,friendly and polite staff,great breakfast (quality &variety).Good cleanliness and room design.Being able to open the window was perfect.

What you would expect from a hotel

Although a sign on the door claims the room is nonsmoking, it did smell of sigarette in the room which was a let down. The breakfast bar was not always good attended. The railing in the staircase was not properly fixed (from ground-floor to 2nd). The tv channels were very limited and the pictures of poor quality.

It's a good value for money hotel. I booked this hotel on my way to Paris and arrived late. Even at midnight there's a staff member to help you check-in. They have a private parking space with a fence so only hotel guest can access the parking. The breakfast was good. Enough variety for a good meal. The rooms are also good.

On our way back home from Europe we only stayed one night here but this was one of the best hotels in a very long time. Exceptionally clean with very friendly staff and of course very good value for money. Breakfast was included in the price room and it was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Good value for money hotel with breakfast included. Breakfast was also good and enough spaces for parking. The location was a bit far from the small village so I would recommend the families who drive cars.

no one explained how the extra beds worked m, just looked like a sofa, so had to get reception to come and show us. then from the wall a double bed came down.

The staff, very friendly, helped me with the car charger. Good breakfast with options for everyone. Easy access to the hotel from the motorway.

There was a noise outside at 4am for about one hour. It sounded like someone using drums.

Good location, superb and tasty breakfast. Very clean and well maintained room, very quiet. Hotel design funny and stylish.

The only thing we didn't find in the room was kettle, tea bags and coffee.

It was my severalth visit to this hotel IBIS Styles Nivelles and as always everything was absolutely fine. The room was clean and comfortable, just standard for spending a few nights. Breakfast as always quite rich in choice of food, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, can't fault anything.
