Breakfast was basic, but ok in general. The waffles are a nice touch. Basically, you can find something to eat just to start your day. Room was ok as in size, the TV set can be better. Bathroom was ok. Location is fine, tram station in front of hotel, that took 10 minutes maximum to the Louise Metro.

Bet mattresses could be better. Room cleanliness can improve, I was under the impression they did not clean every day. Breakfast could be improved in many ways. Omelet had a terrible taste. Sausages and other meat and cheese are low in quality. Cereals are also not so good.

The room is quite big, with a wardrobe, a mini fridge and a microwave oven, besides TV and AC. There are no carpets in the room, which means it is cleaned better - both bedroom and bathroom are well cleaned by the staff. Breakfast is limited, there are only a few classic breakfast options - omelette, cereal, sandwiches and some sweets - but all are fresh and coffee, tea and water are available free of charge all the time, not just in the morning (which I enjoyed a lot). The hotel is well situated - Faider tram station just outside the hotel and within walkable distance of Louise metro station. Plus the staff is super friendly - Clara and Damian whom I remember & thank :) - offering to help with taxis, city info, etc.

Rooms get a bit warm during the day, breakfast could include more fruit... but these are just details. It is a good value for money and I am happy with everything really.

The service was really good, we we’re welcomed by Clara who was very helpful and customer oriented. She deserves all the credits. The breakfast as well as the location were also very nice.

Extremely small beds! It was unbelievable that they say they have double beds when the dimensions are 140x180! The management should consider either changing the beds or change the description of the room so that people are aware of what they are booking. Even though we were happy overall with our stay we would never come back if we had to sleep on such a small bed.

Coffee in the lobby at any time was great. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly. Great having a small fridge in the room to be able to store snacks in, plus lots of storage space. Room was spacious and warm with a great view over the city. Tram stops right out front and a lot of good places to eat very near by.

Our room was in a corner with other doors nearby, and every time one of them opened it sounded like ours was opening, which was a little disconcerting. The bathroom appeared to have not had its clean finished when we checked in, with some cleaning things left in there.

The Hotel was in great location. Near to all transport facilities and tourist attractions. There was a tram stop right outside the hotel, which took you to all major attractions. We even walked through most of them one day!! Lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel was decent. The double room had a microwave snd fridge. Although we didn't use it. The breakfast was good, and hot drinks available throughout the day. We were allowed to leave our bag in reception room for couple if hours. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were no English channels to watch.

Check in smooth - young man helpfully answered questions about our plans and told us how to get Metro and Trams. The breakfast was great - lovely selection of sweet pastries, croissants, breads, granola, nuts, chees and meats, scrambled egg, boil your own eggs, little sausages and a waffle maker as well as all the condiments. The room was comfortable plenty of wardrobe space and you could open the window as well as having aircon. there was a little fridge and microwave too. Everything was spotless and the provided hand soap, shower gel and shampoo were great. Free tea, coffee, hot choc and a water cooler in reception at any time.

nothing I liked it all

That was my 4th stay in this chained brand hotel and I am more of less satified. I still stand by my earlier opinions that the location of the hotel is excellent. Located in the city centre and very well connected - a tram stop next to the hotel entrance, and about 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (Louise). Nice hotel neighborhood, the main street (Avenue de la Toison d'Or), numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and partly modern. On its huge advantage deserves a complementary hotel breakfast - a wide selection of snacks - sweet, dry, European, Mediterranean and 24-hour access in the hotel lobby to a free coffee machine, tea and hot chocolate. Hotel staff - very friendly and helpful. Excellent WiFi.

After the pandemic it was not very good value for money. The price per night was slightly higher (+10-20 EUR) than before 2020. It would have been really ok if the hotel had been renovated. However, it turned out that corridors were covered with somehow worn carpets, which I already knew.

This hotel had everything we needed for our weekend break in Brussels. Clean, slick and modern. My room was large and airy and had all the facilities required, including tea & coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety including fruit and hot items, and was regularly re-stocked through service. The 24hr tea and coffee was a nice touch, and sometimes even cakes had been left out from breakfast!

There could have been some additional tables out at breakfast - it was fully booked while we were there and it was sometimes difficult to get a table. When we checked in the hotel had no record of our reservation, even though we had paid and they had our booking.com confirmation - they just hadn't reserved us a room. After some tense discussions about moving to a different hotel at 8pm on the day of our arrival we were given someone else's booked rooms, which was great for us, but fingers crossed they didn't turn up later!

The room was light and airy. The temperature of the room was easily controllable. The rooms were vert clean and tidy. The security of the building was excellent. The breakfast had an excellent choice of foods and drinks.The location was perfect for our needs as St. Gilles was our main focus but the city centre within an easy walk and the tram stop right outside the hotel meant everywhere was easily accessible.

The only downside of the whole stay was that for three of the five mornings at breakfast there were screaming/dancing children in the food area whilst people were carrying hot drinks around, and several people said they were taking their food to their room as the children were making it uncomfortable for them to enjoy their breakfast. The children were around the 6 to 8 year olds. ( I appreciate that this is not a negative remark about the hotel but maybe there could be an area where people with small children could be seated away from parties of adults). This was the only negative aspect of what was,otherwise, an excellent stay at the hotel.

The property is very clean, well -equipped, elevator works greatly, location is perfect, close to tram and metro, staff is very polite and friendly, taking care of their customers with great empathy
