Very good location, not far from attractions and very close to tram and metro breakfast VERY good big comfy beds

Every two rooms have a door inside between them. the door is very thin, you can literally hear everything from the other room if it’s occupied. like, everything. Talking, bathroom visits, all of them like you are in the same apartament. Windows don’t soundproof from main street but for me sleeping is not a problem Staff at bar, excluding the ones that are at the reception, don’t speak English, or if they speak, it’s very bad. You order a cocktail and receive smthing else. Area seems to be the most expensive in Brussels but in the middle of the day two guys ( one of them is a restaurant owner over the road ) we’re fighting in the middle of the road. It’s not the hotel’s fault but just so you know Brussels can be quite “animated”

very spacious rooms, big kingsize bed, very comfortable. Nice lobby with bar, games etc… drinks and food at reasonable prices. I would definetely come back here! Nice extra: you get a free drink if they don’t have to clean your room in between nights!

glasses for water in the room were dirty, bathroom had a bad smell but that’s it! Also didn’t feel like the staff were all super friendly… I saw the bartender being a bit rude to other guests when they wanted to order something when they just closed… One girl gave me a bit of a side eye when I ordered drinks and wanted to pay with their vouchers (she had to go back to the counter), they all could’ve been a bit more welcoming…

The lobby and bar area was very comfortable and if you don't want room service you can get a free drink at the bar, which was a nice additional bonus. The beds were huge but comfortable and there was a good varied breakfast available. Close to the Louise Metro, and there is a supermarket and many restaurants around the area. About 30 min walk to the Grand Place of Brussels, or a short metro ride away.

The windows in the rooms do nothing to block out sound from the street, so being at the front you can hear everything and the trams are especially loud. I would suggest requesting a room at the back of the hotel for more peace and quiet.

Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, very centrally located with lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. It had very cool retro ambience and my kids loved the old styled telephones in the room and were calling their grandparents in the next room. Good breakfast and there was water to refill. Friendly staff and hassle free check in and checkout

The overall ambience was darkly lit and not really a family hotel but that just because I was traveling with kids. I would definitely stay there again!!

Shampoo and soaps provided as well as a good hairdryer. - Great value for money. - Large TV with a wide selection of free movies. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. - Plenty of space for clothes / storage space. - The free gym has everything you need for a good workout including cardio machines, dumbbells and weight/cable machines. - Friendly enough staff who will be willing to help you. - We got the option of having our rooms cleaned twice or two free drinks from the bar which was interesting. Opted for cleaning and the cleaners did a great job. - The bar / lounge area is very nice with loads of seating and a pool table. - 10 minutes on the Tier scooters to get to the centre. - Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. - Rooms seem to be soundproof. - The whole vibe of the hotel is great!

Everything was amazing! The room was clean, cosy and modern, the bed super comfortable. You couldn't hear any noise during the night. There was a kettle and some teabags and coffee so it was perfect for a warm drink after a long day of walking and sightseeing. They offer late check out at 14:00 which was great as we had a late flight! They also offer you vouchers for free drinks if you didn't have your bed sheet and towels changed every day (this is so good for environment too!). The location was good too, near the city center and surrounded by many cafés and restaurants.

Beds were large and comfortable. Staff provide us a cot/bed for our 6m baby in advance Staff was very friendly and resourceful Hotel was quiet during the night. Perfect location close to public transport; or even 20min to the city center Finger food was tasty, which match perfectly after long travels Bar is open until 12-1am; allowing you to relax wi the a drink after a late arrival

1 We feel the whole hotel’s temperature setting was warmer than normal. We tried using the A/C in the room but was challenging to cool it down. We open the window to counteract and and still wasn’t enough. The temperature in the room was so warm that it prevent us from sleeping pleasantly. 2 When storing the bikes in the storage room I was not giving any evidence to retrieve them. Meaning anyone could have take them without the hotel confirming the right owner

Very spacious and comfortable room. Great aircon and reliable WiFi. Notably well cleaned and presented. Blackout curtains very welcome as I moved to the hotel for 2 nights to escape Brussels heatwave. Unfortunately, the bar and restaurant area weren't as chilled as the rooms; probably due to the glass structure at front of bar/ lobby and the number of spotlights.

Great location. Very nice and atmospheric lobby, great to work or have a drink. Very good breakfast! Comfortable beds!

It was a bit cold in the room and the aircondition was not working very well. The hairdryer was not very good either. So all the points I mentioned above have to do with a small maintenance that needs to be done.

Best hotel i have ever been to, the hotel is very well designed and so relaxing to be there. The Service is well Trained and friendly.The food was so good, I couldnt have enough of it. The room i was in is so well spaced has a comfi bed has a nice view and a very clean beautiful bathroom. This is the only hotel i would go back to, if i would have to spend a night in Brussels. You are so close to really good Shops and Restaurants just walking distance from the hotel.
