- bathroom and toilet in separate rooms - staff is helpful - a lot of parking on the street - very quick check in - ovelall tidy - there is an elevator

- kitchen too small - bedroom too small for two large luggage - to dining table - no garbage can - there is 2 of the same chain and we didn't know and ended up one time arriving at the other location - no explanation how to park in their privat parking - too expensive for what you get, it's not a real aprtment, just a one bedroom and one other area.

The bedroom window had triangular top. that part of the window had no blinds. bright sunlight very early in summer can’t sleep with much light. informed front desk but nothing done. a simple blackout can be designed I think, I had to tape a cardboard as DIY.

Well-situated, convenient for all the city amenities.

The urban maze to arrive at the car-park and the comic confusion with the lifts because of the renovation.

Really helpful and polite staff, good location & overall good room/apartment rates compared to similar overpriced options downtown. A lot of useful stuff and amenities included in the apartment.

A bit noisy at nights. Better use earplugs if you’re sensitive! There was some renovation going on so the use of elevator was not always convenient. It would be nice to have coat/clothes rack next to the door, there was nothing to hang our (often rainy) jackets when coming in so that was a bit annoying. The sofa bed was big enough for two, but maybe not the most comfortable for a long stay.

The location is indeed great, close to the city center, as well as to the metro/tram station. The kitchen is equipped enough, although there were no bowls. The second toilet was also a nice addition for our group of 3. Helpful staff.

The underground parking, which belongs to the aparthotel, costs an extra 20EUR per day. You'd expect them to include the price for their own parking into the general price for the stay. The room had no washing machine. To use the one in the basement costs an extra 4EUR. The room had no air conditioner. As it is currently June, the room on the 5th floor heats up quite much during the day. During some evenings, the WiFi would become borderline unusable, as the internet speed dropped significantly.

Very clean hotel & perfect location between the train station and the city center. The kitchen appliances were great, and the staff was very helpful. We had instant hot water in our bath and the heater was working very well. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone. We liked that the hotel felt very safe. We actually forgot to properly close our door all day and no one tried to get inside to steal anything, so this says a lot about the safety there :)) Although the reception is still under renovations, it didn't bother us at all and it was quite quiet.

The fact that the toilet was separate from the sink and bathtub was a little weird for us, but it didn't bother us that much.

Very good location (near metro and city center) which also felt very safe. Comparing to other hotels of same price range it had quite new furniture and most parts were renovated. Central heating was functioning very well, room was heating in short time. No deposit for stay was asked at our arrival which is very positive. Also the staff were very polite and helpful.

Very bad sound proofing, especially when you have room near elevator. It’s really loud, the only positive is that during night it’s not used so you will not be most likely awaken. But the outside noise was pretty well filtered out by the windows.

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to the metro station just around the corner, a 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants and supermarket in the vicinity.

The hotel was undergoing some construction work so some spaces in the lobby were out of access, the entrance to the hotel was also partially affected and one of the elevators was out of order. I wasn't disturbed by any noises coming from the construction but I would have appreciated being informed in advance about this

Room layout (toilet in a separate room to the sink and bathroom). No AC. Carpark entrance extremely narrow.
