Theater Hotel Leuven Centrum

The location is very central, approx 10-15min walk from the Leuven train/bus station and very close to the main square, with plenty of restaurants. The room was large (paid extra) and clean, and complementary water was welcomed. There is also a great selection of food and drinks at breakfast.

If the window is left ajar , there will be some road noise.Some furniture showing signs of some wear and tear in the room,e.g on chair but nothing major.

The location is perfect. I could easily get to the main station on foot. Bars and shops are all around. Great view! Temperature in the room was on spot! Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was a great pleasure having them around.

Seems like the building is quite old, which means that sometimes I could hear my neighbors laughing or coughing. Which wasn’t a problem at all, cause the building is very beautiful.

Friendly staff and a very central location. It is my second time at this place, and I enjoyed it overall; yet if you are a sensitive sleeper, ask for a room facing the inner yard, the previous time my windows faced the street and the sound isolation is not too good, I was constantly disturbed by some noise.

The breakfast options were quite basic, not too much to choose from (but overall ok if you stay a day or two)

Everything was excellent. We were particularly impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was and how eager they were to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They also took time to get directions and information for us. Our room # 12 was beautiful. The breakfast hall is majestic. Very centrally located - we went everywhere on foot.

Breakfast was tasty, with a few choices available. I reserved the double room, which was spacious and had plenty of space for my luggages. The staff were overall very nice and attentive. The email sent to me before my arrival detailing tourist attractions, food, etc. was a thoughtful touch.

There were issues with the lighting, and one light went out during my stay. Not all the sockets work, but I guess that's just my room.

Location was perfect. Short walk to the railway station and the historic centre. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. My room was large and had a lovely street view. It's an older style hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would choose this hotel to stay at again in Leuven

The location is at a walking distance from the main station, it's close to many bus stops and main attractions as well as restaurants & supermarkets. The breakfast has good options for vegetarians as well. They have a wide variation of teawhich was 😋. The room is suitable, have all what you need ( a fan , a mini bar ).

The room was too warm even though the hiter was not on.. There is a big picture above the bed which is a bit creepy, (in my opinion), cause it feels like someone is always watching you, but is a "Theater hotel", so I guess it was kind of expected to have those type of paintings around. Appart from that, everything was perfect.

Great value for money in a convenient location. Deluxe apartment had plenty of room for our family of adults and teenagers. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Excellent value for money.

On arrival we pulled up out front to unload and then had to drive 10 minutes around Leuven to reach the car park on the next street over. Would be nice to be directed to Parking Ladeuze. We returned for an extra night and parked in this underground garage which has lift access to street level and is minutes walk from the hotel.

Loction is super just in the right place near centrum. The breakfast was good only the eggs could be more fresh. Room was clean. Staff super friendly.

The room smelled a bit weird in the middle of the night because there was no air conditioning. If you are sensitive to noise, the room is noisy because of the street and people passing by and talking.
