Airport Apartments by Vetroblu

We were in a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. It had two bathrooms, with the washer and the dryer in one of those bathrooms. The balcony (off of the living room area) and one bedroom overlooked the courtyard. The other bedroom overlooked Hungry Jack's, but it was still reasonably quiet most of the time. (In spite of soundproofing, there was some noise and vibration from the airport.) We chose this accommodation for it's close proximity to the airport, it's airport shuttle service, and because the individual apartments have a washer and dryer. We dropped off the rental car at the location near terminals 3 & 4 on the morning after we returned to Perth. We were able to walk from there to the nearest shopping mall (and a meal), then back to our accommodation. The accommodation is also fairly close to the Redcliffe train station (600 m), where you can usually take a train downtown. Though the train was out of service for a few weeks, we were able to catch a bus downtown from there. The Vetroblu shuttle does not take long to get to the airport and it has a reasonably good schedule. The staff at Vetroblu were all especially nice!

The beds were too firm for me. A foam mattress-topper would help a lot. There were crumbs on the coffee table when we arrived, though most of the rest of the apartment was clean. There was some noise and vibration from the airport. (We used white noise apps to counteract that.) The water temperature in the shower changed to cool when my husband used hot water at the kitchen sink. (The water pressure was good.) The bedroom I slept in was too small to hold an open suitcase, so I left it in the living room area. There are only two places nearby to eat (Hungry Jack's and a tavern). It is possible to walk to the nearest mall (2 km?) where there is a food court, but I don't believe they are open in the evenings.

Check in was so easy, staff were friendly and informative. The apartment was a great surprise, much better than the photos very spacious enough room for two or even four people and extremely clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the amenities within the apartment great, undercover parking a bonus and there is a service station, bottle shop and hungry jacks a 5 min walk from the apartments. Even though you are close to a main road / bus route and the airport the noise from both were never heard inside the apartment. Check out easy too, definitely would recommend and would stay again.

The location, the accessibility, the staff, airport shuttle everything was so good. The apartment feels like home and had everything, actually more than what’s needed. It looks just like how it is advertised in the booking website. I am so glad I chose this property and will definitely recommend my friends and book the same apartment for my next visit to Perth again.

The pathway to the rooms could have lights outside since it gets darker and they don’t stay on unless we have tapped our key card.

Comfortable clean space, quiet and nice to relax in at end of busy holiday before flying home. Very friendly staff who sorted out all requests, and the small glitches were easily resolved. Access to shuttle to airport helped simplify departure.

Reception was very busy so a bit slow, had to request door to extra bedroom be unlocked as had been forgotten but easily sorted. Had to keep closing door onto balcony as someone was smoking in the outdoor spaces somewhere near by. Shuttle was overbooked but staff found quick solution and still got to airport in plenty of time.

We appreciated the 24hr office opening hours and airport transfer. We arrived late at night from the airport and our transfer arrived quickly and we were immediately checked in. Block out blinds in the room and 11am check out allowed us to have a bit of a sleep in after our late night. This accommodation is well thought out for airport travellers. It was also quiet and clean with easy parking.

Excellent practical accommodation for an overnight stay transiting in and out of Perth. Very close to airport with efficient shuttle both ways. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, full kitchen with coffee pod machine. Quiet despite nearby highway and airport. Close to riverside parkland for an early morning walk, and to convenience stores and a supermarket.Friendly helpful reception staff.

great location. the staff were friendly. our bed and room was exactly as it stated. lots of room for a small family

we asked for a baby cot for our 18 month old and received a cot with not mattress. only blankets as padding. luckily he slept fine, so I was a happy mumma in the more, however, I feel that blankets for a bed for your baby on hard plastic is not sufficient. their beds are more important that their parents beds. if they don’t sleep, we don’t sleep

Airport shuttle, free parking, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit, fully functioning kitchen, easy to access, friendly staff, washer/dryer, quiet location. We stayed here the night before our flight. It was very suitable for our family of four. Airport shuttle was on time and driver was friendly. Would stay again.

I find most rentals with stocked kitchens need 1 good knife. We prepped dinner at home and struggled to cut veggies with the knife provided. Wouldn't keep us from staying again.

Stayed here before flying out of the country and the location was excellent. The apartment was two bedroom, one with king size bed & en-suite bathroom and the second had a queen size bed and access to second bathroom laundry combo. Lounge, dining & kitchen made this ideal for a longer stay and self catering if need be. In front of the hotel is a fuel station and fast food restaurant and next to that is a tavern and bottle shop which made it easy to get drinks and a feed without driving. Very short drive to the airport and have already booked out next stay.

We liked the layout of the apartment. It was close to the airport. Everything was available to us in the room, making it easy to prepare meals etc.

Better signage required at roadside as very easy to drive past the entrance, especially at night. Noisy - guests coming in at all hours (which we would expect with an airport hotel) but many had no respect for the fact that others would be sleeping. A quick reminder to guests to be as quiet as possible (especially at night), when they are given the keys, could be helpful. Not enough coffee pods for coffee machine (only 2 supplied)
