It is in a great, buzzy location, and our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff provided exceptional service so we had a lovely stay. Great pillows and pillow choices. We like to explore so we enjoyed finding many places to eat. The rooftop bar was very pleasant with gentle breezes in the eve. We stayed midweek and it was great.

Our room had many great refreshment choices, however I would like more coffee... we drink too much coffee! The location may be noisy at the weekend so it may be worthwhile to research further if peace is essential for you. We did find one tour not available on Wed and Thurs which was a pity, so one would assume not enough demand? Midweek upside are less crowds and queues.

Well I had an absolutely fabulous stay with my daughter. The lady at reception was absolutely accommodating helpful kind considerate I am from the country and get nervous in the city. She organized my parking , showed myself and my daughter to our rooms offered to carry my bag organized a glass of bubbles to calm my nerves . Advised us where eateries where could not do more for us . I will always choose to stay here from now on . The room was so cute bath amazing even a beautiful bath bomb provided !! Had a chat with the cleaners who were equally as kind and accommodating. Just a really good culture to make us feel so welcomed and cared for Thankyou

The receptionist was really helpful. It was ideal for us as we were on foot, and it was in central Fremantle. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet. There was plenty of space in our room too. The roof bar was lovely.

The bar on the ground floor was very noisy with live music, and the restaurant on the 1st floor was playing loud music too. We were uncomfortable sitting on the veranda on the first floor as we encountered a man who was slightly intimidating and unpredictable. We ended up going inside.

Lovely character building with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Nice balcony.

No one’s fault but we stayed over two nights including a Friday night and a band was playing live music in the bar below. On Friday night I understood why the hotel provides ear plugs! Thursday night was perfectly quiet. this is a perfect hotel for those wanting to enjoy the nightlife especially at the weekend, unfortunately we had an early morning flight the next day on the Saturday. But it’s a pub hotel and they have to cater to the pub clientele too. If we were younger we might have stayed up and joined in at the bar!

Staff were friendly and accommodating of requests. Felt like nothing was a bother and they were committed to making the stay as comfortable as possible.The bath was heavenly and the aromatherapy " bath bomb " was a lovely touch. The place has a great vibe. Awesome location - stones throw to best coffee in the world (Gino's), train station and all the attractions. Roof top bar is brilliant. High street has everything you could need from Day spa to waxing salons, bespoke gift shops.

Fremantle is a City and I discovered it never sleeps! The hotel pre-empted this by providing custom ear plugs and have double glazed the windows. If you're a light sleeper or sound sensitive consider the ear plugs given the hotel is conveniently located on the main strip of Freo.

All the Staff were excellent . The property was a traditional old pub externally but the interior and rooms of the hotel were modern facilities tastefully designed and well appointed. Central location easy walking access to points of interest In Fremantle and for Rottnest Island ferries. Roof terrace bar nice spot to have a drink as the sun set. It’s a lively bar area with live music at times so expect some background sound but rooms are reasonably sound proof. Modern lift if you don’t want to take the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pub feel, casual but efficient and friendly service.

If you like quiet it’s not for you. A hive of activity. Loved the verandah. Room 1 and you can set tte beautiful sunset, the rooftop bar is a must for that view too.

Stayed on 3rd floor in a Deluxe Queen Room. Plenty space in room and bathroom. No noise from ground floor, even though they provide ear plugs in bathroom. Windows are double glazed. Internet speed was good; download 30Mbps upload 10Mbps.

You have to pay for parking on streets around vicinity. But close by only $6.60 overnight, if you park after 5pm.

The stay was outstanding ! Couldn't fault it , staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were Incredible and quite spacious and the food was delicious and great portions! Partner and I really enjoyed the stay especially the rooftop bar definitely check out the rooftop! Thanks again guys would highly recommend to anyone staying in freo the location is perfect surrounded by quite a range of food to choose from! See you again soon!

Couldn't fault anything!

Beautiful heritage building with artists displaying their work, and a funky rooftop bar. Very clean and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Fab central location.

Very noisy in the bedroom from live music in the bar, and music from the rooftop bar. Plus on main street through Freo so sirens and traffic noise into the early hours. However the hotel did provide ear plugs which was thoughtful, it lessened the noise a bit. Room price was a bit steep too but it was for a Fri night.
