Staff was lovely, bed huge but comfortable. Great location. Stored our bikes inside for us, which was great. Will stay again, I think.

Wifi cut in and out so couldnt use the smart tv. Get 10 minutes into a show and it would freeze and then give an error message. Strange smell in the room that we brought home in our bags and clothes. 'Breakfast in the room' is listed in their blurb on this site but it is an extra cost, even though the blurb doesn't say that. The blurb says that wine and beer are an extra cost so breakfast should be listed as such, too. Wasn't a huge deal but truth in advertising should be insisted upon...

Reliable room for a reliable price. Room was super clean and stocked up with your basic toiletries, and even went a bit beyond the standard in the kitchenette department. Nice size room too :) Super convenient location, right down the road from some of the best Korean Fried Chicken we’ve ever had too (Fryday Everyday, definitely recommend!).

Windows overlooked the Carpark and the walking thoroughfare, but it’s really more of a perk when this isn’t the case in 3 star motels. Our room wasn’t ready for checkin but they were really apologetic and nice about it, plus we ended up needing a late checkout and there were no dramas, so what goes around comes around :)

Great location. Could walk to the shops, beach and numerous places to eat. Staff were courteous and were happy to assist wherever they could. Room was clean and comfortable. Liked that there were chairs in the room to sit on.

Parking seemed to be limited..not enough spaces for everyone??

Excellent location very close to shops and cafes, also very close to the Great Ocean Road. Clean and well maintained hotel, lovely and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the mini bar in the room too, there’s snacks and alcohol.

The shower had a really small shower head which makes it impossible to comfortably take a shower.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it's right next to a supermarket and right in the middle of the main city. The hotel design overall is great, as it's very easy to move things from the car to the room and vice-versa which is impossible in large multi-storey hotels.

We had some minor issues with water pressure. The staff did come and check it, but plumber wasn't available as it was long weekend. Still, this was not a show-stopper. The fact that staff were proactive in addressing the issue is what mattered the most.

Very clean room, excellent location, staff polite and helpful.

Shower screen door groaned and grated loudly to open and close. Toilet cistern not working properly, button not rising completely so constanr running water after use .

Motel was a short stroll away from the CBD. RSL Club serving great meals was also a short stroll away. No road noise could be heard from the room. A great location for our requirements.

Did not like the tap in basin as it was too low.... a tap with a higher spout would be better. There was also no exhaust fan in bathroom.

The location and the room itself were great. Bed large and very comfy. Fresh towels supplied on request. The staff were friendly and helpful. A nearby restaurant supplied room service dinner which was great.

Breakfast packs were advertised but not available when we arrived which was disappointing. There was no fan in the bathroom which meant everything stayed damp.

Brilliant location within easy walking distance to train station, shopping centre and major tourist attractions. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. Microwave, small ref, kettle & toaster made in room casual eating very easy. IGA next door give access to daily supplies.

Friendly greeting, location in centre of town so we could walk to most eateries.

We stayed 3 nights.We would have been delighted if tea/coffee was replenished each day, we did ask on 2nd night. Bed was just pulled up on each successive night, we expected bed sheets not to have wrinkles.
