Best bed and pillows, a delightful night. Appreciated a late checkout time. Second time I have stayed, on both occasions meeting a group the next day. Very convenient spot.

Buffet breakfast expensive. You are not told about an alternate breakfast menu, with a range of individually priced options. The website and at check in, it is just the buffet breakfast at $35 that is shown or offered. Could hear the upstairs guest, who knows, doing exercises or whatever for 1.5 hours.

This hotel made our departure from Australia very easy. It is attached to the terminal building and a very short walk from rental care returns meaning that we were able to return the car the night before. The hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a tasty dinner in the restaurant which was better than we'd expected but with an early flight we skipped breakfast.

We haven't yet got used to automatic check-in using a computer screen and prefer a face-to-face welcome. Having said that, there were friendly and helpful members of staff to assist both on arrival and departure.

The main advantage of the Atura is that it is right beside the airport terminal, and as I had to catch a 6am flight back to Sydney to get to work after attending an evening event in Adelaide this was excellent for maximising sleep. The hotel is modern and welcoming and the room was very quiet and comfortable with facilities for making a coffee.

The hotel is way over priced, I guess they are cashing in on the location and the fact that people will pay for that alone. Considering the size of rooms etc one would not expect to be paying this much if the hotel was located elsewhere.

Ideal spot to get the kids rested before starting a holiday. It was cheaper to get the late plane and stay over here than get the more child-friendly timed plane. You can walk straight from luggage collection into the hotel without going outside the airport. Ideal location.

I found checking in too automated. It's nicer to have a personal touch. A staff member did help us after a bit, but following machine prompts with small children to keep any eye on is difficult.

We weren’t asked on arrival if we wanted 2 room keys. Also they say on booking.com it’s pay on arrival but you have to check in online and pay beforehand which is ok but is unexpected admin when you’re travelling. Once there you get an email saying it’s online check out too and that you’ll get both an email and SMS the morning of departure but we didn’t - polite, helpful staff member checked us out at lobby desk which was great. He confirmed the online check out messages are sent at 4a.m. and we left before then: it would be helpful if the initial “you’ll need to check out online” message made that clear.

Firstly the welcome we received - the Staff seemed so genuine in their interest in us and their greetings to us. The position of our room on the top floor with wonderful views over the city and the airport was just magnificent. The temperature in the room was so comfortable and we were both very happy with the comfort of our bed. We were surprised how quiet the room was even though it overlooked the main runway as aircraft were taking off. The shower was lovely and hot and we chuckled at the brand of the toiletries supplied seeing as our name includes Smith. Breakfast was lovely and again great service from the Staff. The siting of this hotel is wonderful for getting to the terminal for departure.

We were rather surprised at the decor of the room and the corridor. Concrete ceiling looks unfinished and in the corridor of the top floor pipes etc are very visible and not covered by a ceiling. Is this what is called "industrial chic"? To us it just looks unfinished. We were also surprised that the furniture in our room was made of chipboard with holes cut into it. Quite frankly it looks cheap and we wondered about its serviceability for a long life.

Excellent location. Couldn’t get better. The hotel was very modern and had a new feel. The rooms were very large and the beds were extremely soft. They offered a variety of pillow choices for the bed. The room was very clean and had a great bathroom and shower. The lobby was very nice with a restaurant and bar. The staff were very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. Allowed me to park my car for about 30 min free while we finished everything. They do charge for making calls form the room. It was a local call but costed about 1.20 AUD

very clean and tidy, great location, as close to airport as possible enabling a good nights sleep before a red eye flight. Room is very well soundproofed, was on corner room with view of runway and watched planes land and very little sound heard in room. staff were very friendly and efficient. Parking in airport park, taking the hassle out of having to find a park before flight. Room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise!

Slightly over valued I feel, rooms were nice but not $385 per night nice. I do suppose you pay for the convenience however!

Super comfortable bed. Good views from the top level. The nice and quiet bar downstairs was appreciated. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Having a very early flight the next day it was very helpful not to have to worry about early morning travel.

Unfortunately, the white towels seemed to have dust on them, as if they had been placed on a dusty surface. So they did not feel clean. Also, the drain was smelly in the bathroom. But over all a good place to stay.

Atura is adjacent to Adelaide Airport and thus convenient for arriving and departing travellers. It is not cheap, but its access to the airport makes it worthwhile for intending and arriving travellers. The hotel is well managed and staff are efficient and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable, and quiet at night. Wifi access is excellent. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes, including catering for special diets. The cleanliness is exceptional.

There was nothing to dislike.
