It should be advertised clearer through booking.com that you require a $200 deposit upon checkin and that you can not pay cash for the reservation, this caused my daughter much distress and confusion trying to frantically get hold of me while at work nursing on a psych ward without my personal phone on me to transfer money onto her card because you wouldn't take her cash, I gave her for it. disappointing since it was her 18th birthday with 3 friends and caused her much embarrassment. Quite overpriced at $420 per night when the location isn't near the heart of the action but my daughter loved the balcony view & comfy bed.

Across tram stops, and just found out that it within free tram zone when we were there Kitchen in the unit, perfect accomodations for small family Accomodations car park is not within the same building but building across the road (add-on)

there are 2 split systems in the unit, one in the main room, and one in living room, interestingly second room doesn't have one, so we kept the door open for air circulation otherwise its a bit stuffy

As I was participating in the Christmas Pageant, the location close to the pageant start was excellent to setup a spot for our grandchildren. Also, the reserved car parking was close and convenient.

The occasional smells coming through the bathroom drains. Regarding a return booking for next year’s pageant, the rate has gone up by $195 per night for a one-bedroom apartment!

A small thing but the one bedroom units come in different styles. One has a bedroom with a glass wall to lounge that has blinds, the other has a completely separate room with windows to outside. If you have preference it could be worth checking.

The room was small but comfortable, very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, across the road from the tram station, close to bars, restaurants and cafes. Supermarket is around 200m from the hotel, which was great. Having a kitchenette in my room was essential, as all cafes around the hotel were closed due to the public holidays. They offer all kitchen utensils. The bathroom was good sized and very clean.

No power point close to our beds. I suggest the hotel to install that usb plugs as travellers don’t usually take the wall plug, only the cables. TV wasn’t a Smart TV

Clean comfortable apartment suitable for short stays 3-4 nights, hotplate, ample crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for two people, table and two chairs, comfortable bed, O.K. towels, reasonable storage for clothes etc. Adequate bathroom. Good location, friendly staff,

Studio apartment Incorrectly promoted by management and booking.com website as 38M2 in reality is closer to 20M2. No parking. Bathroom floor needs a scrub. Issue with A/c promptly attended to by Nick. Probably overpriced.

Fantastic location, right near the tram stop and in the city vicinity. Great daily servicing of room, and super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

I think an improvement of the gym could be great e.g adding more treadmills, considering there’s no pool. The treadmill was out of order sadly so there was less equipment to choose from.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quest. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and access to public transport.

The lady that checked us in was so nice and explained everything so perfectly with the parking even walked us outside and showed us exactly how to get there. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable!

Excellent location, closed to tram station and bus stations. Well equipped kitchen and living room! Good cleaning for the entire house. Friendly and helpful staff, safe entrance!
