The staff at check-in were friendly, our unit was clean and comfortable. The room was as expected - it had a kettle/jug, toaster, microwave, electric frypan. There was a tv in the bedroom as well as the lounge. The unit was air conditioned. There was an on site laundry. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure.

The unit decor was dated, but this is easily overlooked by all the positives of the unit.

The location was great. Shops just down the road great choice of food at them. Rooms and beds great. Mattresses really comfortable. Divider between queen and single beds . TV positioned so we could all see it in bed. Towels and washers supplied. Microwave and plates bowls plenty of coffee and milk . Garden was lovely neat and tidy. Play area for kids and bbq area.

There was not a negative report on this place. Family room was great and at a low vost

Easy access in and out for very early morning starts. Location was close to everything we needed

Would be handy to have a stove rather than just a microwave. But having said that I was aware of what utilities it had.

Excellent value for money. Clean and spacious rooms. Well equipped with necessities for your stay including sample size condiments and toiletries

If anything fridge motor noise was noticeable but didn't stop us from getting a good nights rest

The room smelled clean and fresh. Any requests were attended promptly.

The mattress was a bit too firm for our liking but others might be OK with it.

appreciated cool water in fridge on arrival and enough milk for our coffees on stay. Comfy lounges were appreciated. Good to provide soap and shampoo. Very friendly manager s.

Television was dreadful but this was not your fault. Maybe a few pay TV channels as options be good.

Did not have breakfast due to early flight But toaster and butter, Vegemite supplied if needed Haven’t seen biscuits in a room for a long time Plenty of coffee and tea supplied, and milk

We couldn't have asked for more! Our stay was comfortable, clean and spacious in the family suite. It was well-appointed faciities in the room and comfortable bed. Very supportive staff, during our stay. We will be back! 5 Stars!

The room was spacious and had crockery and cutlery which you don't always find at other motels. Especially when you pick up a microwave meal and find you have to eat it with a teaspoon. Pleasant touch. My husband enjoyed the shower which had a rainwater showerhead and the water was hot.

My only concern was, the tea cups were a bit dirty. I needed to give it a good wash before using. Otherwise, everything is perfect. It suits a family of 3 with a little kid. Plenty of room for him to run around.
