Meadowbrook Hotel Brisbane

The staff were exceptional! They were friendly and welcoming, and always ready to provide assistance. Also very respectful regarding privacy and belongings. I had to extend my stay and the staff member at reception arranged that in less than 10 minutes. Also requested more toiletries and again, a staff member was up within minutes. All in all, fantastic service. Thank you, Meadowbrook Hotel.

The room was a tad dusty, and I had to lean a heavy bag against the fridge to keep it shut and sealed - it kept opening (only slightly!) Despite those two (very minor) concerns, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself.

Location was great, close to heaps. Aircon was a bonus, only thing was hope it for a spa bath like advertised with one of these rooms but wasn’t really phased anyways :)

Location was perfect with amenities close by and within walking distance. Great value for money. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were a touch on the soft side, and the lack of an extra blanket or bedspread in the room was dosappointing. Housekeeping were happy to supply an extra one though! Also the shower didnt get warm enough and the temperature fluctuated like if someone had turned a tap on elsewhere and stole the hot water.

it was a great location, very near to the train station and logan hospital. Various food choices and supermarket nearby. They do daily changing of towels/bins.

cleaniness was reasonable. The reception took some time to come through but there were clear instructions on how to reach them which worked fine for me.

The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and I was sufficiently warm. TV was okay and the room was clean and tidy. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Ate downstairs and was a little disappointed with the menu. My wife is lactose and gluten intolerant which limited her choices. However she enjoyed the meal she ordered.

Location, quite, friendly staff, easy check-in, very clean, great hot shower, pillows were good, really only minor thing beds not made well no mattress protection, needs a soft topper to soften the springs.

Mattress and bed linen needed attention.

The evening meals in the bistro were great value. The location was central to shops and other amenities.

For an extended stay a microwave would have been handy. The rooms where basic but nice could do with a bit of updating but still provide value as they where the cheapest in the area.

very clean room thank goodness for the thick curtains due to hotel light outside shining into our room lovely cleaning ladies, were very helpful & friendly

right cold tap in ensuite needs a new washer as leaking should have a mattress protector, very cheap from Big W etc

Friendly staff. Had an issue with the tv, which the staff member remedied right away by offering us another room. Great sized room with a large window looking out over town and a comfortable bed. Good location if you like being close to a lot of food and shops and of course the downstairs pub. Value for money.

Could be a little cleaner. Would love a toaster and/or microwave.

Great staff, courteous and professional. Had the chicken parmie for tea, good size and very nice. Great full breakfast.

There were a couple of marks on the wall of the room, 111, but it was very clean and comfortable. Climate control was easy, quietness was a bonus.
