Coopers Colonial Motel

The room was spacious, twin double room. The kitchen had a full sized fridge. The bathroom was also spacious. The restaurant on site had delicious, value for money meals, and room service was also available.

There was a group of people that stayed next door to us and it was there last night, so they decided to have a party. The music was loud and played to about 1.30am in the morning. The phone number that was listed said for emergencies. Being it wasn't an emergency, did not call. Maybe the sign should also say noise complaints. The receptionist was understanding and apologetic , and was investigating the matter.

Side of the room was really good, fridge a much better size. good size tv. Staff very helpful, we got locked out our room as the key didn't work on the Saturday night but the service was that good we only waited a very short 5 mins to have it all sorted.

Bathroom tiles very slippy as there was no door on the shower to stop water running out. Then it made tiles out in the room just as bad. Kitchen needed just a small unit in it for plates to service your food as there was very little bench space for a family to use. We had to put a tray over the sink so we had the space for plates.

Rooms perfectly suited us with the configuration of two single beds and the queen bed. It was very clean and had coffee/tea making facilities. The staff I dealt with were professional, attentive and amiable. They were the first contact point and set a wonderful tone to the subsequent experience. I liked that there are places to eat nearby, grocery stores, etc. if looking for fast food or grocery items.

Location is situated directly along super-busy Beaudesert Road where traffic noise can become a problem however, this settles down after dark and then starts up as the working day begins. I had two heavy suitcases to lug up a flight of stairs as there didn’t seem to be an elevator on-site. This would’ve been handy.

My favourite Brisbane motel for comfort and convenience with kids. Netflix always works and internet is always super fast. Location is great.

Maintenance is always 10/10 so this time I was a little surprised to see that the shower head needed some attention for a leak. I expect they just didn't know about it yet. Walls are kind of thin if your kids are loud, but if they have the space they usually try to put us without anyone next to us as I travel with twins and a toddler.

clean, comfortable, convenient location. a couple of hick ups, but would happily stay again!

no staff available to check in. was quite a confusing process over the easter long weekend. we actually had to help 3 other sets of guests on their arrival. - we arrived back to the hotel after an event to find a truck parked across not only our two car parks, but also along the others in the same row. this blocked off at least 4 or more rooms. was truly one of the most disgraceful things I’ve experienced in a hotel parking lot.

Room was clean, tidy and presented well. Plenty of lights.

Unfortunately there was only 1 mug and a number of small cups for use, strange when the room could potentially sleep 5 people. There were 2 broken shutters on the windows but luckily if pointed the right way gave us privacy at night, given there were no curtains. The other thing I would have preferred was a dish cloth or a disposable cloth for wiping up the sink. Was not able to reach anyone at reception by phone in the morning and found that strange.

WOW! We stayed in the executive room number 40 which looked newly refurbished and it was excellent. You enter into a sitting area/kitchenette with a separate bedroom and huge bathroom. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was really comfortable and l am a hard marker on beds! The room we stayed in was at the rear of the property and was very quiet. We had our dog with us so this is why l picked this motel but would definitely stay here again with or without our dog. They had an on-site restaurant from which we had a lovely dinner. The staff were great and l would definitely recommend staying here and found it great value for money.

great place to stay nice & clean updated room with everything u need in a motel room quiet large rooms for motel rooms & lovely restaurant on site with great food & great location for my needs

not much if I have to pick something only thing is car park fills quickly but there is enough spaces just not always out the front of ur room

Privacy my room was at the end property ,plenty of parking , restaurant on sight. Options for Breakfast delivered to room shower hot , bathroom larger enough, plenty of room to set up my office and also eat on a table with room for luggage. Microwave and fridge freezer working well

If I did not like it would not have come back the weekend after Squeaky front door but soon fixed once I mentioned to staff Having to leave
