For the cost of the room, the location of the room for 8 nights was disappointing being on the 1st level facing onto the highway..

This room was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which appeared to be a two bedroom apartment divided of.. As we are both over 70 it was very disapppointing to find the shower over a bath which was not only difficult to step into but also slippery. Couple of items in the apartment require replacing..

Stayed here for the test cricket. Very convenient location for walking to the ground or cabs into the city and the value was unbeatable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were well sized and had great facilities (especially rooftop bbq). Excellent value for money.

We did have a small issue with payment at check in - we were charged an additional $300 to what the booking.com fee said. it wasn’t until we went back to the front desk and clarified it with the front counter staff that it was amended. the staff were very apologetic & fixed the issue straight away.

I left my cloud 9 $360 hair straightener in the bathroom draw,totally forgot I put it there. called the property when I noticed I left it there and it wasn’t there. very disappointed in the honesty if the cleaners have to clean the bathroom draws too they wear not honest people. so I won’t be staying back again for that reason.

No balcony, small room More expensive than the other hotels in the area.

Location was perfect because I was attending a course across the street - very grateful Quest was there! Room very clean and was perfect size, It had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Service was very helpful and friendly.

Only issue was getting a knock on the door from the cleaner at 8.56 on my day of leaving...this made me unsure what time check out was. Perhaps the cleaner had the wrong information about when I was checking out? She was lovely though and there was no issue - I understand there was likely a system miscommunication that indicated I wasn't checking out that day.

The room was excellent with a small kitchen and all the utensils needed even a sponge and dishwashing liquid was provided. Loved the rooftop views.

The entrance to the hotel and parking can only be access from one side of the road. If you come from the opposite side of the road, you’ll need to turn into another road, make a u-turn and come back to be able to access the hotel carpark. And the carpark is an additional $15 per night on top of your room rate.

The hotel is recently made so it's a good structure and well furnished; the staff has been very nice during my staying and I appreciated the Gym even if small; due to covid restrictions breakfast wasn't available in the hotel but in the area there various cafes and restaurants
