Azzura Greens Resort

the two bed apartment was really spacious (huge) and I took 3 teenagers on my sons 16th birthday long weekend treat from Melbourne. I took the double bed room and left them to the rest of the place. fantastic. two ensuites made my 4 days heavenly. Enough to separate from them but be there to parent as needed. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was our of town but near theme parks and it made for a nice drive around parts of GC that people do not always go to. The spa and sauna were great.

the pool was cold. reception is in a separate building. No onsite food or restaurant. it was expensive really.

The pool is amazing, the location is perfect for visiting all the major theme parks, the apartment was very spacious and was beautifully quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here & the apartment was great value for money.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall but there were a few relatively minor things that could be improved: - the apartment we were in had a split system aircon in the living area but the bedrooms just had evaporative aircon units which aren't that great when the weather is hot & humid (as it often is over summer) - the gym was quite small & had limited equipment - there were no beach/pool towels so we had to use our bath towels - there was no recycling bin

Apartment was spacious and clean with a nice view. Beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet. Pool was great, the kids loved it. Located close (a short drive) to Dreamworld, Movie world and food places for eating out.

We had booked two apartments for a family of 7 and we really needed to be close together. Next to each other would have been ideal but at least on the same floor. However, we were unable to get the two rooms on the same floor. It restricted accessibility to the rooms as there were not enough keys for every member of the family.

Big apartment with good facilities. It was quiet and we could prepare our own food. View was good. Kids enjoyed the place as well. Parking arrangements were good. Checkin n checkout facility was good. Super markets were nearby.

They messaged me while I was travelling to send ID card n credit card details for $200 bond as no one will be there after 4.30 pm for checkin. I had informed ages ago that I will be doing the checkin at 6 pm approximately. This should have been managed well. Instructions on car parking was poor. It wasn't very obvious. Panic button wasn't working. They were getting panic signal from our room. We were made to wake from our sleep early in the morning around 3 am. They didn't fix it. The same issue happened 3 to 4 times since then.

The lagoon pool is fabulous. The flat was comfortable and well equipped for kitchen supplies.

the dishwasher was broken and kept tripping the electrical and turning off the refrigerator, until we figured out what the problem was. Not able to be fixed during our stay. Also, the fitness centre and tennis courts are not available and under construction, which was right outside of the condo with loud machinery and construction starting between seven and 7:30 am every morning.

The pool/spa/sauna was great. Close walk to really lovely restaurants and Coles (we recommend Mecca Bah and Boardwalk Tavern for restaurants).

The main bed was soooooo bad :( it was two single beds that had been pushed together so there was a hard ledge in the middle of the bed. You can’t call the main bedroom bed a double or queen like it states in the advertisement because it’s impossible to sleep across the ledge in the middle of the bed which was disappointing.

We loved how spacious the apartment was. There is so much room to move in. My girls loved the pool and the gym. Everything was close theme parks, restaurants, shopping complex.

The furniture was a bit of a letdown. I chose this place to stay as everything in the photos looked cosy and stylish. The lounge and dining area furniture could do with replacing. Apart from this we really loved our stay.

Our family enjoyed our overall stay, nice, clean, spacious and comfortable apartments the kids loved thw pool and spa. We also liked their bbq area, it was spacious and clean. The location was close to everything.

Our apartment didnt have any welcome note with info about the resort and its facilities also it would have been nice to list nearby places and its locations but then I guess all that info was on their website.

The location was great, and the facilities were very relaxing and clean eg. the pool and spa.

Our room was only made up once during the 2 week stay and we only had our tea/coffee and toiletries replaced once. If we needed more towels we would have had to pay an extra $5 per towel. This service should have been included in the price of the resort.

Spacious apartment, with large functional kitchen area. The bathroom vanity units contained drawers with plenty of room to place your toiletries. The apartment included a separate laundry and a large private outdoor balcony area. The pool and surrounding gardens and barbeque areas were a plus.

Shower flow was insufficient, and single beds a little too narrow. Overall, the apartment was a little dated.
