We arrived late and had requested through booking.com that we needed a sofa bed setup, though when we got there the bed wasn't ready. the lady who was on the night duty reception desk was amazing, she explained that they had not received the request through booking.com for this service but she ended up going out of the way getting extra bedding, pillows, blankets and setting up the sofa bed with us so that we could relax as soon as possible. they still charged for the service, but I thought that was reasonable because they had not been given prior notice through booking.com. I really loved the quiet rooms, amazing because there were two bedrooms with glass walls facing the lounge room and we could not hear anyone, in any room. Our stay was really comfortable and just to confirm for anyone else looking, car parking is free of charge on the property itself but it is subject to availability. so if you find a spot, you will not be charged, that's what that reception desk lady said to us and we easily found a spot on the night. I would stay here again, very convenient location.

Only things we didn't like, the dryer had not had its filter cleaned, so we cleaned it before use. And the washing machine stank, because it must have been kept closed straight after a wash, it didn't affect clothes we washed though which was nice. normally we air ours to prevent that issue from happening. All in all that does not detract from the property, it's just our preferences on that.

It was close to the venue that I had to travel to for work, not too far from grocery shops also. It was a really nice touch to be asked if I wanted coffee in the morning and as i am not allowed caffeine, it was a bonus to have decaf available.

Difficult to get dinner as I finished days late and not many places close by. I am used to laundry services in the apartment, but that was not part of what you had available.

It was easy to locate and access coming off the Highway and within walking distance to grocery stores, convenience stores, cafes and fast food outlets. Tidy and clean. We loved the layout of the room we stayed in as well.

Not having definite designated secure parking. Not being able to see city from balcony due to trees blocking view.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, nice functional layout. Friendly staff. Good location.

Parking terrible. We had 3 rooms for 2 nights, but could not park any of our keys in underground carpark for lack of space. When checking out, had to park illegally to load our bags, and put other guests our by blocking their vehicle access. Made worse by the current building works going on adjacent and across the road, which meant we had to park aways down the street.

Clean and had all the facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay

Location, street can be quite noisy dependent on where your apartment is. some staff weren’t very friendly to us. Netflix didn’t work, ensuite shower was cold, informed customer service who told us maintenance weren’t back until Monday. If I’m paying that much for accomm per night I would’ve expected hot water in the showers.

Location was handy. Parking easily accessible and included which was a bonus. Apartment was clean and comfortable and all the appliances in excellent condition. Staff were lovely and friendly. Apartment was generous size, comfortable and quiet at night.

Only minor complaint but alarm/timer on oven went off at midnight on first night which was a little startling but easily fixed.

It’s location was excellent for our activities.

There are not enough car parks at the facility so we were told to park across the road in the local shopping complex where signs explicitly state 2hr parking maximum. Upon our departure we raised our concerns at the front desk and were told it was because they had group functions booked. Our response was one room = one car space… so our question… is Quest Canon Hill prepared to pay the parking fines and any other potential costs associated with their guests parking off site?

lifts not synchronised my biggest complaint you press the button for the lift and you could wait for 2-3 mins when all the time the other lift is there and the door won’t open until you press that lifts button. so to waste everyone’s time I now press both lift buttons and take the first one to come and the second lift will also follow for no good reason. other than the Designers couldn’t work the lift system correctly

Great value, nice little apartment. TV works great, can cast to it from your phone. The kitchen has everything you need as well. The bathroom was nice and clean, a good sized room. The hotel is close to a shopping centre and lots of restaurants as well. There's a pizza hut just across the road.

The room was really dusty, I could see dust build up on my phone as it was charging. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak for my taste.

Really liked the apartment we stayed in, was great value for money. super central only 20 mins drive into the city and 10 mins to the Westfield mall. room was clean, comfortable and modern. staff are very friendly and up beat. parking is much cheaper than other hotels/ services apartments closer to the city. wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

every time the door would open and close, the air con will turn off then turn back on automatically. then you have to manually turn them off again. but not a biggie.
