the Location was great, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I had a King bed that was made up of two singles connected in the middle. It was only possible to sleep on one side or the other, not across the middle or even an arm crossing the line. perhaps an underlay over the mattress would help make it more comfortable or time for new mattresses.

When I arrived there were ants in the kitchen around the sink area. The dining table in the living area did not appear to have been cleaned for some time as there were cup marks all over it. Not a lot you can do about the 4.30am garbage truck pickups every morning at the restaurants over the fence.

Location was amazing, close to all the great restaurants & shops. Aldi is up the road & Woolworths is a short walk away. The beach is also walking distance. Kitchen Facilities were perfect & the kids loved having the pool to jump into after being at the beach. We had a loft room which was great for a family of 4. Upstairs gets very warm but there was a fan & AC.

Our shower head was terrible & not water efficient. Our TV was not a smart TV therefore only free to air channels available. The sofa bed is suitable for children as it would be very uncomfortable for adults.

The apartment is fantastic! Excellent environment, convenient location, friendly staff ! We like the loft and the kitchen is very clean and modern, though we didn’t use much of it. Location is so good as it is close to everywhere. Staff are very nice and friendly, the whole check in and out process smooth and easy . The bed sheet is so comfortable as I have to ask if it’s available for sale, unfortunately not available for sale but I got the company name and hope the company sell it to individual consumers.

The apartments are close to restaurants and are within an easy walk to the beach. Our apartment looked recently painted and everything was clean and well organised. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed as we did not want to cook much (too many fantastic restaurants around, e.g. Bang Bang). The bed in the loft was very comfortable. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. Check-in was very easy and the staff were unobtrusive.

The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities and kitchen utensils we needed. It's very light and airy. Has lots of wardrobe space. The location is very central and accessible and easy to get to everything from. The heater worked a treat and plenty of blankets provided to keep warm.

Our bed felt like two single beds pushed together creating a really hard section in the middle which was really uncomfortable. The mattress was a bit too hard for our liking too. The shower was a little bit crazy and super sensitive! The water is almost scolding sometimes and the height/mode is not adjustable so is quite difficult if you're a girl to just have a shower and not wash your hair. Other than that everything was perfect.

The location is amazing. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Enough sleeping space for three, which was all we needed. The staff were very accommodating. The apartment was so clean. Excellent value for money.

Nothing to be honest, if I was to provide any honest feedback would be to install heating into the pool as it seems to get a lot of shade in the afternoon and the water is very cold. Apart from that we would happily stay again, the value for money was excellent.

The staff were friendly and full of information. The rooms are central, surrounded by shops and walk 2 blocks to the beach or Main Street. Our studio room was very clean and contained all you need for a comfortable stay including lounge, kitchen, dining area, fresh towels available and clothes drying rack for swimmers. The pool was refreshing and clean. Parking included which is a must to avoid the metered street parking costs.

The complex is a little dated but was good value.

Amazing location, perfectly central for shops, bars and restaurants, as well as being just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Lovely pool and communal area with tables to chill at and relax in the mornings / evenings. Parking was secure and easy, with the bonus of it being under the accommodation, so no hot seats in the car! 🙂 Sam is a wonderful host and very welcoming.

Nothing negative really, just a tad on the pricey side, but this is Byron Bay and everything was excellent.

Loved the apartment and location (as the name says, it is super central). The loft style with bedroom upstairs, kitchen, TV also the pool area. Great place to stay and Byron is just amazing so can definitely recommend. Also availability of washing machines, detergent and additional / fresh towels.

Apartment could've been cleaner (found some leftover veggie in the fridge).

Location, Bed, Kitchen, dishwashing supplies a bonus. Didn't cost anymore to bring another family member. Apartment was clean and tidy. Quiet area which is not too far from the Main Beach and restaurants, pubs etc. Nice to have a place to park that doesn't cost money as you have to pay for all street parking in Byron.

No TV in Bedroom. Pool not heated so not utilised much at this time of the year.
