Hotel Grand Brizo Buenos Aires

Breakfast is really good and has a lot of options. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and they have been in the hotel for quite some time, so they can really help you as they know their hotel. The parking garage is really secure, you will always be able to park your car inside and at any time of the day.

Room A/C doesn't cool much, as it was beginning of the summer, sometimes the room was hotter than I liked it, even with the A/C at its maximum. The toilet is embedded to the wall an at a height is not standard, so it is not 100% comfortable unless you are a very tall person.

My BA accommodation fell through so I had to rebook with one days notice. The Grand Brizo was a well-priced, very well located option so I was very happy.

The set-up at breakfast is strange. A red rope separates you from most bakery items and hot food. A member of staff puts your selection on your plate for you. This method for a 'buffet' was inefficient (as only one person was served at a time) and inaccurate (if you didn't speak Spanish the member of staff didn't always understand your selection). Plus standing behind the rope meant you didn't always know what the selections were. Have never seen this in any other hotel and it detracted from the otherwise enjoyable breakfast experience.

We travel a lot and this hotel has impressed us so very much ! The location is perfect for sightseeing Buenos Aires, the service has been second to none ! The attention to care for each client has been exceptional, always smiling and happy to provide whatever they can to make your stay memorable ! The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop Bar and pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi add a level of sophistication to the whole experience, we will never forget our time here. We highly recommend a stay here.

Not a thing

So far this is my absolute best and most favourite hotel in all of Argentina. Hotel is situated in the most perfect location close to the Obelisk. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room service is perfect. Every day the maids did a great job taking care of our room. The breakfast was also amazing the best I’ve had in a hotel like this offering fresh fruits, as well as juices, eggs, bacon, and mini more items, the rooms are spacious and very well equipped and modern. The hotel is just perfect. Great views from the top floor as well as for my room we couldn’t enjoyed our stay more.

The room was a suite and was great. There was a balcony with a great view of the main road. Staff was very accommodating with organizing transport and so forth for my wife for her Taylor Swift concert.

Breakfast was not that great. The serving was weird with having to stand behind a rope barrier and have someone select your options. The rooftop bar one flight up could get noisy.

It was well located, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was well.

Air Conditioning was not cool enough, even being in winter during nights I felt very warm and sweaty while sleeping. Parking spots were small. Breakfast was not self service, I know we are in COVID times, but if you don’t require guests to use masks while in facilities then having breakfast to be not self serving buffet is not only useless but uncomfortable and not nice. I really hated having to do a line to ask someone else to put food on my plate, as I was served in quantities that I didn’t want therefore it was a waste. Staff in general was not the nicest, they served as they were not happy with their jobs.

We had a nice experience at Grand Brizo Buenos Aires. The staff was really nice and helpful, at front desk, at breakfast, at the door. The hotel was clean and quiet, the room was good and clean as well. Breakfast has a lot of options, and there was always tables available to sit down. Swimming pool is small, but my kids enjoyed it; also it has a great view of the city. Location is good for proximity to restaurants, theaters and attractions; the down side is that nowadays there are protests everyday in the area.

Clean and spacious room. Excellent location in the city centre of BA. The breakfast restaurant waiter Antonio from Peru delivered outstanding customer service and ensured we had an excellent stay thanks to his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you very much!

-Very disappointing that coffee and tea in the room is not free. That's something that's usually free in all the hotels I've been to but here they are greedy enough to charge you for it. I would have given 10/10 if it wasn't for this cheapness from the hotel. -No hand held shower head in the rooms shower.

Room was very comfortable, bed and chairs are in optimal condition and room is always at perfect temperature.

The WC is too tall, and it’s uncomfortable to sit in it, same thing with the bidet, both should be lower, as they are at a level for not average size people.

Breakfast: not allowed to pick self, and lady serving did not speak english. Bread dried - no tomatoes, cucumber, Peppers So dry bread withchees & ham .. NOT WORTH IT 2 days after arrived home, got a bank notice : someone is trying to use your card !!! STAY AWAY ..
