The staff is very helpful and bilingual in English and Spanish. The hotel is in a good location and his modern. Our room was very comfortable. It’s a situation where there is a kitchenette and a comfortable living space. We were there for 16 days

my husband found this seating in the breakfast area uncomfortable. However, he is 6 foot five. I didn’t have an issue with it. The breakfast is pretty good.

The building is newly renovated and is very nice and stylish. The suite (we had a king size) was great with plenty of space, a very nice, comfortable and large bed and very cosy design. The Lounge and breakfast area are also very nice and the rooftop pool is great for cooling off after a long and hot day sightseeing. We are a gay couple and felt very welcome and met other gay couples also in the hotel. the breakfast is very good and delicious with a good variety from bred, fresh fruit, yoghurt, egg to croissants and the like. the location is great for being rather close to sightseeing in Recoleta and city center and close to Palermo’s restaurants (but here we always took an Uber). the neighborhood felt safe and we walked around freely night and day.

The bathrooms feel indeed rather small, but that’s mainly when the bathroom door is open (it’s a very huge door). one day we did not get the room cleaned without reason, so remember to put out the ‘YES’ sign every day

Extremely well priced for the location and standard of room. Free sparkling wine on arrival which was a nice touch. The staff were were helpful and friendly, but especially the bar staff in the evening who went out of their way to help us. Also, the hotels design was very modern and sleek and the room size was very good.

A little shabby around the edges, could benefit from being touched up. similarly, whilst hotel was generally clean there were a couple of areas that could have had a deeper clean, but this did not affect our stay and we would recommend this hotel for the price and location.

Room: We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite. The bed was very comfy and there was a reasonably sized living room area, which was convenient for luggage. The bathroom, although a little cramped, was clean. Food & Drink: The breakfast buffet was quite classy, had a bit of everything you'd want - pastries, fruit, cereal, eggs & bacon. Had a good cocktail at the bar on a Friday night, although we were slightly confused to be charged for it having received an invite to a Jazz night plus signature cocktail tasting, but it turned out only the champagne was complimentary. Nonetheless, a well equipped bar and well made cocktails. Amenities: The pool on the rooftop is small (<10m length) but definitely heated, with a few nice loungers around. However, not much of a view to be had. Service: Front desk was fairly helpful in sorting us taxis. Room was cleaned well each day. Location: BA is a big city and this hotel is sort of in the middle. If walking to some of the touristy areas, 30-40 mins south to San Telmo, 1hr+ to Palermo, 20 mins to Recoleta - not ideal but taxis are cheap and way quicker. In the context of the price (under 150 USD per day as a foreigner using Mastercard), it could still do better to get a 5 star rating. Nonetheless, they do a good job with the most important things: providing a clean room, helpful staff and tasty breakfast.

Gym is probably the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. 4 machines, 3 cardio and 1 "all in one" style weights machine. The latter is a mess and slightly dangerous, with lots of frayed cables and only one part of it works. There is a bench but very few weights or plates to use with it. Only opens at 8am, and even worse, 10am on a Sunday - however there is nobody supervising so I'm not sure why the need to even be closed. Not ideal for morning workouts. General floor area was a bit dirty. Only one bottle of water given to the room each for duration of stay, one a day would be better. This was on the first floor though which did get a bit of road noise in at night.

we loved this modern boutique hotel. the location was perfect for sightseeing and was only a short taxi to other areas in the city. the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. the bed was very comfortable and the linens and bedding felt new. the staff were very friendly and more than helpful. their recommendations for restaurants and cocktails were perfect. we loved the champagne in the lobby each evening. my husband loved the small rooftop pool and swam every morning. I would stay here again on our next trip to BA.

Modern boutique hotel in a great location. Great staff. Luggage storage available. We were able to pay in cash and take advantage of the Western Union U.S. dollar to peso rate. City view from heated pool was nice even if pool was only 3 feet deep at best. Buffet breakfast was excellent even if the choices were the same everyday. Nice small walled garden area off the restaurant. Very affordable spa services available onsite if you schedule with front desk.

Check in was supposed to be 3pm but didn't get our room until 30-40 minutes late. If you are in rooms 103 or 104 you are directly above the restaurant / bar and they play music all day which sends a mild thumping through the floor. Wifi is painfully slow, ran two wireless speed tests and got 11Mbps and 33Mbps download speeds. Coffee pods for in-room coffee machine are only complimentary for first night then you have to purchase them from front desk (coffee included in buffet breakfast).

Very friendly and helpful staff, including owner, at desk, breakfast and social hour. Well organized room. Kitchenette. Very good dining choices nearby, especially if you feel comfortable with absence of tourist amenities, such as English menu or English speakers.

Limited breakfast choices. Limited clothing storage. Some housekeeping staff could use training in customer relations. Nevertheless, would reccomend without hesitation.

Great breakfast lovely food and variety all fresh in the bar/restaurant area. Nice little outside terrace too. Prosecco served every day free to guests in the late afternoon/ early evening. What a lovely thought! Room was very clean modern and comfortable with kitchenette area. Excellently appointed very clean. Even a microwave. Quite spacious and good modern bathroom. Lovely little roof top terrace with swimming pool.

Not enough of a lounge area just a small area in reception. Receptionist who was new sent us on a wild goose chase looking for Western Union. We walked about 4 miles when in fact there was a branch several yards down the road in the other direction. However Google was no better showing locations as open when in fact closed down and even their own website showed wrong info and branch opening times...

The bed is comfy, the apartment was bigger than we expected, the shower is powerful to us this was the best part of the apartment. It has a microwave, a coffee machine and the shampoo is nice (this is not usually the case in hotels, so well done there!) the breakfast was tasty. they offer hot chocolate and drinks, nice detail 😊

The toilet paper was as soft as sandpaper and the balcony was super dirty. Bittersweet feelings about the staff. We called the night before to ask them not to use perfume in our rooms and little product when cleaning but when we got there we found out that they didn’t take the note. At the end it all went well but this is definitely a point of improvement. Overall some of the staff were nice, some weren’t. Particularly the cleaning lady dealing with our rooms made us feel as if we were an annoyance, her colleague on the other hand was very friendly and polite. NOTE: if you have a chemical sensitivity or allergy to perfume this is not your place

Great room and attractive hotel. Quiet.

The front desk answered every question, but was curiously inattentive to our struggling with large bags during check in and indifferent when I asked for some help with a cab. The front desk person made the reservation, but was not friendly at all, which is an exception to all my other good experiences in Argentina.
