Abba Xalet Suites Hotel

Rooms were spacious, warm, very clean and comfortable. Great shower. Evening meals in the restaurant were waiter service. Enjoyed the fish options every night as the meat option tended to be only pork or veal. The hotel is excellent value for money.

The only negatives are, as previous reviews have mentioned is no soundproofing. Also, the breakfast starts at 8am which is too late in a ski hotel. Ideally needs to open at 0730.

beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. A great decorated big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Nice breakfast. The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.

The Hotel is really good. Suites and beds are very big and confortable. Very nice bathroom. The location is very good, because you are near Andorra La Vella (the main city - 5min car) and you feel inside Nature. Great views and in the middle of the valley. We've been with our pet, and they been really nice and welcome! Free parking for all guests

We had a room on first floor, right above the entrance. Noisy at night when other guests arrive late. We've been in summer and rooms haves no air conditioner.

Outdated hotel, although restroom was new. Certain areas show age, but overall excelent

Nothing in particular. Overall result positive. Cavear about potential noise due to location in heavy traffic situations.

very nice hotel, excellent location. very kind and helpful staff at reception especially Lluis & Ariadne, and Sebastian, Pol and Sarah in the dining room, unfortunately most of the other n staff were quite sullen.

not much other than the meals were very hit and miss as far as quality was concerned.

the room was very spacious, good size bed with good pillows. bathroom was very good. the only downside was the room overlooked a busy road and it was very noisy - but i am very sensitive to this - it may not be a problem to other guests

I think the rooms on the front of the hotel would be quieter

We had a really great with family for New Year Eve! And spa before it was also very in time before 20:30 evenings. Very comfortable room for 3 people, great view from window and fresh air, clean and warm room.

The accommodation ie bedroom was very good . The staff were exceptionally helpful particularly Stephanie who had a fab manner and laugh . Very enjoyable stay . Highly recommend

Breakfasts . If you intend to continue to serve hot food at breakfast we would suggest that you ensure it is hot .

The room was perfect and everything was clean. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the blonde lady at the reception area, she was very nice and cheerful, definitely made our day even better! The cleaning lady at the reception was also wonderful and made everything safe and Covid-friendly :)

We were waiting to check in and one of the ladies at the reception area was gossiping about one of her colleagues, she was being too loud about it and it got a bit awkward. Luckily, another staff member came and took care of us.
