Room, spacious, clean and good air con. On site secure parking for motorcycle, lift from garage to reception, so easy to unload gear. We had a really good meal at UDON noodle restaurant, recommended

Restaurant buffet breakfast, caters for coach parties, so a bit busy there. Food ok.

The hotel is modern and nice in the lobby and common spaces, a bit less nice in the rooms, which are, however, very spacious and clean. The location is just great, 2 minute walk from the main street with all main shops and restaurants.

The parking of the hotel is small and you only have a chance to get it if you arrive prior actual check-in time, so approximately from 10-11 to 15, as this is the time when most guests check out. In our case we didn’t get it the first day and had to park in one of the public parkings, which are widely available, however quite expensive (we parked on the nearest and paid EUR 27 for less than 24 hours). The breakfast was fine, but a bit crowded, it feels like there are too many people at some points, however staff try to manage it as good as possible.

Great location, only a short walk down to the main shopping area. Great service, my car was valet parked in the hotel's car park and also retrieved again when leaving. Nice that dinner and breakfast is included in the accommodation fee. Friendly staff. Beautiful view over the city from the city-view side of the hotel.

The waiter assumed that we were part of a large group, while we were individual travelers, This caused some confusion and delay with our dinner and breakfast, as we were expected to sit with the large group, while separate tables were reserved for individual visitors. It was solved eventually, when the waiter realised his mistake.

It is a nice hotel that is a bit on the edge of the city with the fabulous view from the rooftop where small swimming pool, spa area and gym a located. The restaurant is providing buffet breakfast and buffer supper and these are delisios and various enough. The staff members are polite and helpful. My room was good, but the view can be better as the window was on the side with the road and the crag in my case, but an experience can be different.

My stay here was very good in general, almost nothing to complain about. Just to make notice for other travelers, the pool is not suitable to fitness (it can be if you alone here) as it is not so big and shallow. And there is a tendendency that it can be totally occupied by kids (there is a "free from kids" hour at the evening but as for me that hour should be expanded and extended for the morning too, but family travelers might disagree with that :) )

The ensuite room was very nice, for a good price, and the breakfast buffet included was abundant. I liked having the option of eating dinner in the hotel, as well (for an OK price, given that it's an all-you-can-eat buffet). There are some interesting restaurants and shops and minor attractions in the area where the hotel is located, though it's not in the main city. In Andorra, you can walk from town to town if you don't mind going up and down some hills. By the way, a convenient elevator in the back of the hotel takes you down to the ground floor and right into the town center through a little alley. The hotel has scenic views of hilly Andorra.

There were huge groups of tourists staying in the hotel and taking over the breakfast/dining room, and at some point I felt like I was being "herded" to my table. The service was not really personable and the place looked understaffed in the dining room and bar areas.

Great view of the mountains, good amount of space, and friendly staff. Bathrooms are a little bit outdated, but fine! Good amount of variety for breakfast for a hotel.

I’m not sure if it was the mattress or what, but I would wake up sweating in the room, even though there was AC and we weren’t using heavy blankets. I don’t sweat much in general or when I sleep, so it made me wonder if it was something about the mattress.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, amazing pool + sauna + jacuzzi with amazing with the closing time at 21h which is pretty great. Breakfast was also pretty good. Good value for money overall.

Dinner is buffet but with drinks not included and personally we didn't like it too much. It was 17€/person. Parking was 16€ and basically mandatory as I didn't find another single place outside. To be honest I felt taken advantage of because of this, especially because parking spaces are tiny. Leaves a sour taste. Other than that, no complaints

The room is huge and very comfortable. The hotel has its own parking for a good price which is a bonus. The location looks like it is difficult to get to town but it is not. Elevator down to street level then a short walk and you are in the middle of the town shopping and eating area.

It was difficult for our GPS to find. The hotel is up on a hill and the GPS took us down into the city. It would be nice to have a hot water kettle.

We like the size of the room, the equipment it has and the buffet for breakfast. Also de pool and sauna, even though we found that the pool chlorine was too high and the smell was annoying, even in our eyes. The sunbathing rooftop also great to have a nice reading time.

Breakfast and dinner (buffet) excellent. The room was big and comfy. The view was very nice to the villa and the mountains.

The parking lot is very very small for a car to maneuver and the parking places also very small, some smaller then the car itself. But it is still the best option, nowhere else to park near the hotel.
