Location is fantastic. Staff is really friendly and service oriented, we had a half-pension booking and arrived quiet late, but they went out of their way to serve us dinner.

There weren’t everything needed in the room

Very good value hotel, friendly and helpful staff at check in, spacious room, everything in bedroom and bathroom very clean, very well equipped room, big tv, fridge, toiletries, air conditioning. We parked in the car park opposite the hotel for 17 euros, a bit expensive but there is no other option. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice, i cant believe there are a couple of negative reviews about breakfast on here, it was superb. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the main street where the shops and restaurant are.

Room was brilliant, very big and spacious. I was travelling with a bicycle for a race in Andorra so the size of the room helped with this, one the top floor with great views. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. Staff very helpful. Car park across the street under the spa for 12euros a day was actually good value compared with other locations that averaged at 20euros a day. Location is ideal and across the road from the spa which is perfect.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Let us use the staff parking so we could charge our EV. Also location is amazing right accross the road from Caldea spa. Beds are very comfortable and everthing was nice and clean. And also it was very quiet there so did have some good sleep! Oh and the restaurant they work with the Mood is fantastic! They deliver food to hotel as well, but they are just about 8min. Walk from hotel, I highly recommend. So it is only quality you get at this hotel! Amazing experience!

Nothing at all!

The location is very good. The hotel is very clean. The room was large enough as well as the bathroom. The view of my room was on the street but the window is well isolated and there was no noise. Breakfast is good and abundant. The hotel has an agreement with the parking Caldea, 2 min walk. Cost of the parking is 12€ a day.

When the hotel is full you have to wait for a table in the restaurant for having the breakfast since the room is not too big. Not a very big issue

Excellent place to stay, with friendly staff, a big and comfortable room, and a wonderful breakfast. Parking and famous sauna is just on other side of the street

It is not possible to stay next to the door and unload luggage. You got to stay on special parking spot, next to bus stop on the road. Not really safe feeling when you are with kids.

Constance at the front desk is an absolute gem!!! She helped us with some tickets we needed and really went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She was very friendly, polite and efficient. Also the location was perfect for us. Right across the street from the spa and very walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Our stay was fantastic! The personel was friendly and helpful. The rooms had all we need. The hotel has very good location - close to the main attractions but in quiet place. The parking and famous SPA are also near. If I'll return to Andorra I would gladly stay here again.

The breakfast was cold and apoear to have been cooked some hiurs on. The mix of smells in the buffet area wasnt pleasant. Would advise some luds for the warm food. Kerps the heat and smells controlled.
