property is at the beach and it’s 3 hotels connected together next to an area called grand world, which is huge but deserted. it’s like a big movie set but no people. the hotel beach is pretty, the rooms are nice.

on our check out we saw them push and manhandle some South American guests. There were about 20 hotel staff pushing out a man and a woman from the lobby, the guests were fighting back. but this is not how you deal with guests, even if the guest was at fault. it’s a 5 star hotel, this rowdy behaviour is not accepted. instead of all this drama they could have just called the Police and dealt with it.

The hotel provide welcoming drink upon your arrival. Free shuttle bus service to and from airport is available (report at their counter outside the airport). They provide instant 24/7 buggy service to Grand World. Get their Whatsapp no and text them when you want to be back from Grand World. The hotel can help you to call a taxi to WinWonders at 50,000 VND and Winpearl Safari at RM80,000 VDN. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy. The breakfast is very good with various choices. They provide welcoming drink. All power points in the room are multi-purposed.

Excellent and fast service! Breakfast has a variety of food choices and the pool is amazing! The beach is about 100-200m walk from the pool and it’s also very clean! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. It’s also close by to the casino and Vinwonder theme park as well as Grand World (night market), a nice place to make your stay complete!

- We ordered some drinks (mojito) and the ingredients used are not very fresh (lemon and mint leaves are quite old, probably because of the hot weather) Hope the quality will be better next time!

The breakfast buffet was exceptional with so much choice, a pho station and dumpling station, and many of the dishes all freshly prepared.

Can't really fault anything only thing I would recommend is that continued maintenance is really important as in some parts wear and tear is starting to show and should not be ignored in order to keep the property in top shape.

perfect design and well upkeep. the hotels surrounding (pool, beach) are clean and well organized. they offer free airport shuttle, which is great because taxi costs over $20. same about free shuttle to the town.

they don’t take care about accessibility. if you’re over 40 y/o, don’t do under shower without glasses - you will not see either you use a shampoo either bath gel (the labels are too small - it’s not a joke). second problem is English knowledge. apart of reception, concierge and customer care, they don’t understand even the simplest messages. I believe that hotel like Radisson could invest some money in theirs training.

Beautiful room, pool, beach and views!! Next to GRAND WORLD with superb shows and many thanks to do, which we didn't know. Is all a kind of resort with many hotels. Beach is stunning with the most incredible sunsets ever! There is a tiny island in the sea not far and the sun sets rigth there , is like a dream. Very relaxing holiday as there is no entertainment or anything to do after sunset. We were surprise by that in a hotel like this. Amazing breakfast too.

Dead after sunset. Nothing at the hotel. Music so low in pool and always the same cheesy music. No music at the beach, the beach bar serve just beer, or sodas, nothing else. The place have so much potential with that amazing beach!! is a shame they don't care. Contact me !! I can help you guys to make this place better!! :D

Hotel was beautiful, so modern , clean and more than what we had hoped for! We felt so relaxed during our stay

I hate having to give a negative comment but the Restaurant service was bad- extremely slow , and extremely overpriced. We were given food that was not how the menu described- it had said veg, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes with our Christmas dinner but unfortunately only thing that came was a very small amount of meat and veg . We were so disappointed as we expected a lot better for the price we paid 🥲 Need to work on time management as we waited over an hour for our food to come out at every dining experience we had. But the staff were so lovely in the restaurants !

A lot of things were great, staff were very nice, we got early check in.

There was an issue with toilet flushing and also we were charged for a beer that we were not drinking, it was very strange but we didn't have time to discuss it so we just paid and that's it.

-Not many vegetarian options on restaurant menu -Cocktails could be improved - Location is far from anything apart from Grand World - A private beach but some construction and not many usable beds

I found great satisfaction in the amenities provided, particularly the pool and beach areas. The spa services surpassed expectations, showcasing an exceptional level of quality. The attentive and commendable service extended by the staff throughout my stay significantly contributed to a positive experience. The spacious rooms were notably impressive, and the diverse offerings at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were noteworthy. Additionally, the à la carte menu presented an excellent array of choices, adding further value to the overall dining experience.

On certain occasions, there was a slight delay in the dining experience; however, it was evident that the staff made earnest efforts to mitigate any inconvenience. Their unwavering friendliness and professionalism were commendable, particularly in the face of some customers expressing frustration and occasionally displaying rudeness. Despite these challenges, the staff maintained a positive demeanor, consistently exhibiting a high level of professionalism.
