Coco Palm Beach Resort & Spa

stayed in the double ocean view and it was exactly that. like a beach hut vibe. room and bathroom were brilliant and the beach was a private beach that all rooms opened out too. excellent location in north of long beach.

staff went missing and food was average. cocktails were good but could be cheaper. no music playing or entertainment and the locals come down the alley next door so beach gets busy about 6pm for an hour.

Lovely small resort, located directly on a beautiful beach with palm trees and crystal clear water. The perfect place to relax on the island. The facility and the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden is beautiful with many lovingly designed details and the beach is clean. There are sunbeds and sunshades on the beach and beach towels for the guests. The service is great, the staff is very attentive and kind, as well as competent and helpful at any time. The breakfast (Vietnamese and Continental) was good and abundant. You can have dinner in a la carte too, it's high quality and very delicious. It was a very lovely and relaxing stay!!

The beach was a bit eroded from rainy season and not yet fixed.

The garden is beautiful. The staff are always very helpful and courteous. The location is very quiet and in a very beautiful setting. Many nice restaurants and shops are close by.

The beach does not correspond to the pictures. It is very small and there are not enough sun beds for all guests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are big and well equipped. The resort itself is beautiful with flowers and green everywhere. The breakfast was also perfect, even for vegeterians. We would love to come back one day.

Absolutely stunning resort. Nowhere near as busy as other resorts around which makes you feel you have a private (white sand, crystal clear water) beach. The room was impeccable. We slept like a baby on the comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful and above all extremely friendly. There are a few nice restaurants nearby, but again, it’s nowhere near as busy and touristic as other places. I would highly recommend staying here, and already advised friends to stay here. The value for money is ridiculous (in a positive way). Special shout out to Han who helped making out stay unforgettable.

Nothing, had an amazing stay.

We were debating whether to go to phu quouc, after reading that it wasn’t worth it. But when we arrived at this resort we immediately loved it! A calm and lovely resort, right at the beach. Super lovely staff, that helped us book a snorkeling trip where we were picked up at the beach. Easy to rent motorbikes as well. You get a good breakfast and a good lunch menu! If you’re looking for a small and cozy resort that is away from the city but close enough to some really good restaurants than this is definitely the place! When we come back to Vietnam we will with out a doubt stay at this resort again.

Very nice resort. Bed is very comfortable and big. Entire resort has a nice atmosphere with attention to detail and very clean.

Food could be better for the price they ask. Not many alternatives around the resort. The village seems more like a ghost town.

The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with good amenities, inc, a nice large shower/wet room. The grounds were stunning but as the water features weren't working it took the shine off of them a bit. The grounds led straight into the beach which was a little on the small side but as the water is shallow it makes it a safe place for families. A nice beach bar is also right on the beach next to the area used for breakfast and dining, although it does close a bit too early. The food from the restaurant is of a very good standard. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as is the manager who makes a point of speaking to all the guests everyday, usually at breakfast, to make sure there are no problems.

The restaurant and bar both close at 9pm which I think is too early. and maybe a bit more pricey compared to other local places to eat, but I suppose that's any hotel really. Again the inoperative water features in what are beautiful gardens. The manager explained to me that they had a leak in the underground pipe work, which he hopes will get fixed in the closed season.

The staff was amazing and we had a very good time here. We really regret booking only 3 nights. This place offered us some time to relax and enjoy the seaside and we also had a great night sleep in quiet palm tree yard. We felt taken care of at every moment, from breakfast, to our time spent on the beach, until we went to sleep. The management team here has done a great job training their personnel and we were warmly welcomed by the manager that was on site and asked about how we felt during our stay. It’s the small details that make the difference and this place definitely looks into that. Due to the rainy season, there is indeed less beach than you can see in the pictures, but the team there is trying their best and managing to accommodate all their guests on the remaining sand, also keeping enough space between you and your neighbors. One thing to keep in mind: this is the situation that majority of properties are facing in the area and we could see this by walking on the seaside. No one can control nature, so if you prefer to be very well taken care of I really recommend staying here.
