the facilities were state-of-art, the pirate/ marine voyage theme was visibly present throughout, the staff were accommodating and attentive. the amenities were of top quality, I rarely see such an amazing range of products (complimentary biscotti, top-notch shampoo, chocolate for ‘afternoon tea’)

the location of the beach. It’s 5 minutes away on foot. I didn’t see their beach facilities, so I assume it’s a public beach.

Amazing stay. The staff were super friendly. The pools were awesome. The breakfast was excellent. My kids absolutely loved the Kid's Club. And the Chocolate Hour was amazing! We really enjoyed our time as a family here.

The Full Board package was a bit restrictive. For Lunch / Dinner, you could only choose off of the set menu and the choices were a bit repetitive and not a lot of variety. That said... the food was still really really good!

The property is very new. It is clean and well serviced. The kids had a great time in the pools and the children corner.

The area is still developing so there aren’t as many alternatives to the hotel’s restaurant as you’d like. The hotel restaurant is not bad, but also not up to par with the level of rest of the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and nicely designed bunk bed. Hotel’s design is gorgeous and has lots of spot for taking pictures. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options!

The reception staff were not well-trained and slow to respond your questions. Bell men service were not good for both check in and out. Admiral exclusive lounge has great facilities however shortage on activities and quality of food and drink.

Unbelievably good service as I have come to expect with Accor properties; staff are always so sweet, helpful, and make sure you have a great stay; facilities and property were beautiful and high quality; food and drinks were great, the bbq event especially; location right on the beach

Classic furniture, near Novaworld, easy access to the night market right next’s. Activities for guests during Tet festival. Good breakfast buffet.

Cannot access to wifi when staying in room 4032. I could only use it in the midnight. Extremely inconvenient point. The receptionist who I interacted should keep her eye contacts on me. I felt uncertain sometimes 🥲

It was new, great design, family friendly, staff were knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Restaurant service was slow, dinner bowls and plates left on the table all night (even when dessert is served). There was a business conference on during the weekend which meant the pool facilities and restaurants were unavailable for other patron use.

It was an interesting experience staying at Movenpick resort. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the services were amazing. In addition, the staff and manager were very friendly, they always asked us what we needed. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff as well as the manager Larkman. We had a lot of good times and memorable moments staying at the hotel.

It is a theme hotel, which is actually quite fun, the rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are great

The location is in a state of development, once completed in a year or so will be a great area. Didn’t really impact me as you don’t really need to leave the hotel

The hotel is super pretty. The breakfast has many options to choose from. Room was clean and decor nicely. Staff is the best part - very friendly from the reception to the waiter and the housekeeping girl.
