Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang

A wonderful stay! We had a lovely welcome at the airport, easy early check-in was very much appreciated. Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Our room was clean, view spectacular (despite the horrible weather) and a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a memorable visit to Nha Trang!

This is a very nice building, very updated and spacious. Our room was lovely and we had a great view from our balcony given how tall this building is and we were on one of the higher floors. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a small kitchenette area with an induction stove but you’re not allowed to actually cook, only for warming up good which we thought was odd. They did include complimentary beverages and a small snack bag in the mini fridge which was nice. They also give you 2 bottles of water. Reception staff were friendly enough but mainly focused on getting you checked in. They make you sign up for their email newsletter list on an iPad so that’s something to be aware of if you prefer to opt out. They also take a photo of you and use this as face recognition to allow you into the buffet breakfast. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. There so much variety and everything was delicious. They also have a coffee bar where you can request espresso or blended coffees in addition to some self serve carafes. I didn’t know you could order additional drinks and they don’t include signage so I wish they did. The staff didn’t seem super happy to do it for you either so maybe that’s why. Overall this was a very nice and comfortable stay and decently priced for our budget.

Face recognition technology felt a bit invasive. They also don’t warn you beforehand and just say they need to take a picture of you.

Harmonized with Popular and Classy Service. It was my first travel in Nha Trang, and I didn't have much information. So I have stayed in the cheaper hotel which was promoted by travel agency, near Vinpearl Condotel at first night. Then, I went around the city and found some well decorated hotel near beach. I also checked the other services,and stayed in the Vinpearl Condotel one night, and decided to stay here one more night. Especially, it's close to the city center and also includes the comercial and cultural complex. Above all, the promotion services are best. The price gap between hotel spa and local spa is mostly big in another hotels and resorts, but the promotion of this hotel makes it almost '0'. So I cancelled the plan on visiting local spa and got spa services twice again until check-out.The Sailing Club that is one of the popular meeting point among travelers are near here, and many beach parasols written in the Vinpearl mark are free rented. I stayed on the 38th floors, so little noise was heard. Eventually, I have understood why there are always 'Vinpearl' - a Vinpearl hotel, a Vinpearl resort, and a Vinpearl Land. We may have to notice that the Vinpearl Group may be dominent of accommodation business in Nha Trang.

The water temperature of pool is cold. The refrigerator is warm.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Vinpearl Beach front Nha Trang Hotel during April and we had an enjoyable stay. The check-in process was very welcoming and the hotel looks grand. We initially had an issue with our room. After notifying reception, they offered to fix the problem and also changed rooms for us. Staff were apologetic and the Manager Phong also personally came by to check that we were comfortable with our new room and offered us a fruit platter. The buffet breakfast and restaurant was good, it also had a good variety of foods. The location of the hotel was convenient, next to a mall and within walking distance of restaurants.  Overall, our holiday in Nha Trang was memorable and we would recommend this wonderful hotel.

Great location and breakfast buffet had a variety of options. I was also given a new fridge to keep our drinks cold. The mini fridge was not very cold with a temperature of +15 which is standard on all fridges in the hotel I was told.

We put room service food order on our room to be paid at check out I thought.(like every other 5star hotel). I received a call the day after to say we have an outstanding bill and needs to be paid as soon as possible.

The staff was very friendly and profesional. The breakfast was large and complete and also the ammenities of the hotel where good.

During vietnam rainy/winter season (still hot) the AC of the room floor halls is off or almost not present. There was mantainance on the upper floors and the corner room with the view is different than the one shown in the booking page.

Great room and incredible view (40th floor), good varied breakfast options. Really enjoyed our stay. Great staff. Pool was wonderful and gym machines were very good quality.

Very minor niggles: Only one coffee machine was limiting at breakfast. The master bedroom got warm in the mornings at sunrise with AC struggling to keep up. Otherwise, room and facilities (gym, pool) were excellent.

Ideal location. Amazing sea view at our room of ocean view, love the 270 degree full window and the balcony. Comfortable towels and beddings. Friendly staffs. Enjoy the spa, sauna and steam room and gym.

Only one restaurant, prefer to have more than one. Room turn down doesn't happen every nights! Would like to have more day trips offers. Pool opens till late like 10pm that would be pleased. Missing night entertainment

our family of 6 loved this hotel. delicious pastries and huge variety and the breakfast buffet, very comfortable room, fabulous view, close to the beach, shopping mall, local restaurants and had a fantastic pool and kids club.

The only reason this hotel is not a 10/10 in my eyes was the night receptionists inability to check me in without my passport (I had the credit card the booking was made under and Australian photo ID). Following a 6 hour train ride, arriving in pouring rain with two young children running circles around the lobby…. dripping wet,muddy and exhausted I had to wait for my husband to arrive in a second taxi (no 7 seaters available at the train station that evening) before the checking in process would even begin.

Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned in the morning then bed turned down in evening. Cable car to Vin Harbour free for hotel guests.

Only 6 parasols on the beach and very few sunbeds. When hotel fills up the pool is very crowded with no available sunbeds.
