RAMADA ENCORE BY WYNDHAM SAIGON D1 - Formerly M Boutique Hotel Saigon

If anyone walked out from the breakfast buffet hungry then we have no idea why. Every nationality was catered for. Our room was exactly what we booked plus extra views. While location is in a quieter part of town, everything is within walking distance. The pool was great and to be able to hang there after checkout and have a shower before flying out was a huge bonus at no extra charge. Wifi worked throughout the floors and we only had to log in once which was a bonus.

Good value for the price. perfect traveler's hotel--excellent breakfast, shower and bedroom is good. The wifi is better than most hotels. The location is close to the CBD and tourist attractions. Excellent price for this hotel.

Lovely hotel, rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast was good.

Nothing to fault. The gym was smaller than I had expected from pictures but still didn't effect our stay.

the location is really great the staff is extremely nice good value for the money some aspects which are neutral to me, but might help others: - this is a business hotel, keep that in mind - the rooms are extremely small - the bathroom is right next to the bed separated by a frosted window - the breakfast is bad. i only woke up once in time for it, they only have asian options

the pool and the bar were closed for almost all my stay, the main reason i booked this hotel was the location and the pool. there are nicer hotels around, but without a pool. i believe the property should’ve given some sort of compensation or heads up. Booking.com didnt do anything about it either

Staff was very attentive and nice. Swimmingpool was very good with nice views. Breaskfast was also good in an air conditioned room with views. In the reception they were helpful with recommendations. Location was very good right in the city center, we walked to the main points of interest.

Location, spacious Queen Suite room and decent breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor with river view. Great staffs too, who daily helped us get taxi and other needs

Room size (listed 323 sq ft, Queen Business) was little too small for a couple of guests like us, that made us switch to the Queen Suite after 4 uncomfortable night stay in that 323 sq ft room. In addition water spilled to the floor from the shower anytime we were using it. However it did not happen in the Queen Suite Room due to a better design

The staff was very responsive to my request. I found the air condition in my room a bit warm and they immediately fixed it. Breakfast spread was excellent and the location is very convenient to reach anywhere I wanted to go. As the hotel is on a cul-de-sac, there is less traffic and therefore was not noisy

Excellent customer service from Long , Giang and rest of the hotel team, great central location, wonderfu daily breakfast options. Room service very efficient and clean, spotless. We would love to stay here again if we are back in Ho Chi Minh city.

Initially we were given a smoking room even though we requested a non smoking room but this was rectified immediately by Long who was fantastic
