Hotel is nice decorated and buffet breakfast is very good Room is face to the Main Street that quite noisy from time to time No air condition just fan Curtain is too thin that sunlight enter the room & wakes up early morning 15 mins walk to night market and Xuan Huong Lake, many local restaurants around

the location and the size of the room also how clean it was

in the corridors of the hotel … just outside my room smell tabaco/cigarettes smoke

Front desk receptionists are very helpful and thoughtful.

In short, i forgot my anker power charger at the hotel, quite expensive one. I checked out in the morning and leave my luggage at the front desk, came back at 5pm to the airport. But the room cleaner never find out or report. I am about to leave Vietnam soon and don’t expect it could be found and send back to me( shipping costs too high). But, it does giving me some negative feedback to this hotel with it’s relative higher price than others, it doesn’t meet my expectations.

The staffing across all departments were amazing! Their level of professionalism, sincere, proactiveness and hardworking is commendable! Their reservations team and customer service hotline were also so helpful and patient with explaining or advising of any information and responding to queries! We booked two rooms as a family travelling! They quickly assisted with accomodating us to a different upgraded room when asked (charged the difference - and was explained) based on availability within 20mins! Shower was great! Nice strong water pressure! The design of the hotel throughout was immaculate, simple yet on point with modern elegant designs and furniture! Definitely good value for money - service, staffing, accomodation and location wise!

Whilst mindful of the Dalat weather I would recommend room with a balcony to ensure nature air circulation and different rooms without balcony and having only a fan can be slightly humid or slight suffocating feeling! The towels could be in a better state though as was slightly on the rough side and some had that odd odour. The breakfast buffet could definitely improve, lack of options, lack of staffing to attend to filling up drinks, coffee and food! Or to promptly serve food. On the last day they had to cut the buffet service due to lack of guests staying so we had to order off their dine-in menu which turned out to be a great breakfast - tasted better, sufficient serving size and prompt efficient service!

The hotel was nice, clean and located right the center. The staff was super friendly, politely and helpful. The reception was overworked as they have to work as Bellboy cum Housekeeping sometime.

The Hotel is renovating. They have tried to reduce the noise from the construction on the day time..The constructors is going around in the nighttime our area. That make us feel a bit annoying. The work on 6th floor need to be cover if you don’t want your guest see a mess beside.

The breakfast , there is No halal food provided But im feel So grateful because we can request the egg ( omelette, fried egg ) , enough protein for us to start the day . The location is good as well, there is mini market few block away , walking distance to lake , and night market , easy to call the grab .

Actually I found one cockroach in the room .

Lovely room that looks exactly like the photos advertised. Central to the markets, lake and restaurants. The room was immaculate with room serviced every day. Staff were very helpful.

Our room was overlooking the street so was quiet noisy with traffic and bars at night. Maybe a room at the back would be better if you like it quiet.

Good breakfast and overall we had an enjoyable stay here in Da Lat. Thanks

The bed was pretty hard, and it's relatively noisy outside the window with street noise. Overall I didn't mind, but just to let other travellers know.

The beds are large and very comfortable! The location is perfect. One of the standout features of this property is its friendly and welcoming receptionist. The receptionist is always available to assist with any queries or concerns you may have

Hotel in good location. Nice size room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms would benefit from a redecoration and spruce up.
