Surprisingly clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very hard to travel under 21 so it was greatly appreciated to actually find a place that was comfortable and a great value on top of a lower check-in age.

Very sketchy part of town and exterior of the building isn’t much to write home about.

Location is a bit secluded in an industrial type area. Not an issue really, just don't want people to think they are lost when they are directed to the outskirts of town. No shampoo or conditioner for shower.

Wow - all major roads out of Laramie were closed and tons of people were stranded. There was a line 8 deep when I was waiting to check in. The staff was SO patient and kind despite dealing with tons of stressed and stranded travelers. My room was very clean and great for the price.

Only a very thin blanket on the bed, so I had to sleep in my sleeping bag from my car!

Room was clean and well maintained. Price was great. Felt safe in the area.

Walls were paper thin and could hear neighbors. The location was a bit difficult to get too and was away from most restaurants.

there was no breakfast. The staff were lovely . I purchased some flowers for their sitting room. One young lady was so helpful: I think her name was Andria or something close. I could not get your internet portal and she gave me great advice. The housekeepers were great, and very amiable. Thank them all for me!

The room was nice and clean and the front desk staff helpful and friendly. The location was very easy to get to from the freeway and to get back on the freeway the next day and was relatively close (by car) close to fuel and food options.

The bed was HARD! I'm not a fan of too-soft beds but I also want it to be softer than sleeping on a pile-carpeted floor which is what this felt like. The A/C unit was too noisy to sleep with and seemed to not be doing much to cool, anyway, so I ended up turning it off - it might do better when heating but for cooling, it didn't cut it (given the overall condition of the property, though, this was probably just an issue with the room that I had rather than a pervasive problem).

Overall great value for the price. This place is super clean, efficient staff gets you in and out fast. It's right next to a police station so it felt pretty safe. Close to the highways, but shockingly you can't really hear traffic at all. Plenty of close to room parking even getting there after midnight my first night and the place was booked full on that night too. The only thing I take a point off for is that the beds are slightly uncomfortable, but again that's to be expected for the price

It was ok...nice they had two chairs and it was clean. The staff was friendly.

The furnace was extremely noisy, the hot water wasn't hot. The beds are old and not really comfortable. It would be nice to have the bed away from the wall, the person on that side can get in and out of bed.

I like the location & that you can go directly in your room as my husband has cops.

They used to have a refrigerator and microwave in every room which made it of great value to me. They have had a policy change that I was unaware of and now you must pay more for them. once that is factored in,, they may not be the best value anymore.

The room was comfortable and the bed was not bad either. I was happy to get good sleep.

There was a storm and water started coming in under the door. Nothing to be done about the storm, it was awesome.
