Breakfast was not part of our stay, but the lobby and entry area was gorgeous. Our room was very elegant too. The staff was outstanding. Sparkling chandeliers and granite floors made you feel like you were in a palace.

I had requested that the room not have any feather or down pillows/comforters as I am deathly allergic to them. When we arrived in the room, it had 3 down feather pillows. A call to the front desk, and a bit of running from one excellent employee and we were able to get replacements. We were so grateful!

We checked out the breakfast offerings and decided to go down the street to check out the farmers' market. The location was handy to enjoy the city- next trip, I would book multiple nights just to walk the town and the park nearby, barhop, and get more of a feel of the area. The upper floor accommodation was beautiful with nice views of moonrise and sunrise.

Keep allocating capital to revisit and refresh rooms- there were some signs of the facility showing its age which raised concern that I and my partner might be contacted for incidental damage- wall scuffs, furniture dings- that was present when we checked in. There was no follow up, however, but for how classy this hotel is, I just hope the business model provides for continual renewal.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone was so pleasant! The food in the restaurant was amazing! Daniel at the bar was so nice and inviting! We will be back!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful. Dinner at their restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Even with a wedding happening on Saturday the room was quite and peaceful.

This will never factor in to staying again but I personally wasn't a fan of the shower head. It didn't to me put out enough pressure.. and the pillows were to soft for my liking.

Overall we had an excellent stay in a comfortable room. It was clean, safe, and quiet and the parking deck was a plus. The staff was quick to respond if anything was needed and were very friendly.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we paid extra for a King Suite and the room did not have a microwave. We ended up wasting money on food during our stay because there was no way to heat leftovers. Additionally, the mini fridge was half the size of a regular mini fridge and if you want to put more than a couple bottles of water in it forget about it. We couldn’t even fit a small To Go box in it.

Very modern hotel yet with old world charm in a downtown location. Definitely better than the usual chain hotels.

Be sure the shower 🚿 has a rubber mat, if not, request one! Our shower did not have a rubber mat, and my wife took a very bad fall. With a mat, I took a wonderful shower with the water falling on me like rain ☔.

The hotel was centrally located, beautiful in design, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. The room was well-designed, clean, and comfortable.

Very minor complaints: 1) The shower faucet was located so that there was no way to turn on the water without getting wet. 2) It was not obvious how to turn off the accent lighting around the base of the bed, but I eventually found the tiny, unmarked switch.

The location was absolutely excellent. We were pleased the bar was open and staffed. The room was a bit small for two beds, as navigating to the bathroom and door was tight. It was a beautiful hotel however, just would have reserved more rooms.

We sat for dinner and it took over 2.5hrs, and we were the only group dining; six of us. There was a wedding reception which I am sure took most of the staff. Our food was ok at best. I felt was the server, as she was clearly stressed.

Loved the property, loved all the decor, staff was excellent.

We had a bit of a wait for our food in the restaurant, but have experienced that at so many places. Everyone seems a bit understaffed, but the food and drinks were excellent!!

The bed was comfortable and the internet was really really good!

The fridge in my room didn’t work but. I wasn’t goin to use it anyways. Maintenance offered to replace it but I declined for I wasn’t goin to use it.
